Not enough parking. When you have a group of 22, it’s hard parking only three vehicles. We ran out of hot water everyday

Thank you for the great review, and for choosing us for your group getaway. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are glad to pass along some helpful tips for next time. This home comfortably accommodates up to 3 vehicles in its designated spaces, with an 8-foot clearance to keep in mind, and there are great overflow options just to the west for any extra cars, including the public parking at Russell-Fields Pier and Pier Park, plus several nearby city and county beach access lots. The Bay Town Trolley also runs right along Front Beach Rd, which many larger groups find convenient. We're always happy to help guests map out parking ahead of arrival so everyone gets settled easily. We also appreciate you mentioning the hot water, and we've shared it with our maintenance team and the owner so it can be looked into. For any future stay, please call or text our team during your visit so we can jump on anything like this right away while you're still in the home and keep your stay running smoothly. Thank you for staying with us. We'd love to welcome you and your group back for another beach getaway soon!

Kitchen was not well equipped (all pans had significant scratches & not enough silverware for the size of the house). Beach was clean and the house was extremely close. House was very clean and the entire house was well maintained. Parking was an issue for vehicles taller than 7ft would not recommend bringing large vehicles. Jamie was able to help us come up with a parking solution, thank you!

Beautiful

Beautiful home. Was well furnished and supplied for my family of 8. Check in and check out was super easy. My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t heated.

Friends Vacation

We had a large group of friends vacationing. Communication was great. We did have an issue with the wifi and downstairs ac unit. Both were fixed by maintenance quickly. The amenities state on VRBO that there is a heated pool. When we asked about it we were told it would be $70 a day to heat it. Nowhere in my agreement did it state that, nor did it on VRBO. Overall it was a great experience, and we will for sure be booking with this company next year.

We're pleased to hear that you and your group of friends had a great vacation, and we appreciate your positive feedback regarding our communication and our prompt resolution of the wifi and AC unit issues. We apologize for any confusion regarding the heated pool fee. We'll review our listing to ensure that all relevant information is accurately presented to avoid any such surprises in the future. Worst Experience Ever

Was advertised as wheelchair accessible. We came with a quadriplegic family member. Property not wheelchair accessible. Misty had no clue what she was talking about and said if a wheelchair fits through the door that’s what makes it accessible. Stacey promised a callback which she never got around to apparently. I’ve left multiple messages with no return call. Thankfully they have updated the listing so this will not happen to another family. Maybe a review will get me a call back.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tonya. We're truly sorry for any confusion or challenges experienced during your stay. Maintaining clarity about our property's features is incredibly important to us, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen. We understand your frustration and want to address the situation. We did engage in conversations with you to find a suitable solution. Initially, we offered to relocate you to an upgraded property that could better accommodate your needs, but we understand that this option was declined. Following our discussions, we mutually agreed upon a resolution offering a 25% refund. Ensuring a seamless experience for all our guests remains our top priority, and we'd be honored to have the chance to provide an even more exceptional stay during your next visit.

To Brooke at Panhandle Getaway’s;Brooke, we bring our family members to PCB for our annual vacations. This year was exceptional! The home is absolutely “stellar”. We did not have to clean this home or wash bed clothes before we could use the beds to sleep. Yeah! This home’s air conditioning works perfect and we were so surprised that a pool person showed up almost everyday. The views are excellent. The beach is easy to get to. This home is “as advertised”. It’s our top pick for next year. If we’re not too late to book.In closing this home gets a big thumbs up from 22 family members that stayed with us for 12 days. Memories of a lifetime made in the perfect surroundings of this home. One more thing. Some vacationers mentioned in the reviews the kitchen was not well supplied. We did not find that to be the situation. Thanks for a wonderful and perfect family retreat. Best home ever! Panhandle Getaways

Thank you for the wonderful review of Beach House - Sweet n Salty. We’re glad the home was stellar and move-in ready, the air conditioning worked well, pool maintenance was attentive, and the views and beach access met your expectations. It means a lot that 22 family members made lasting memories during your 12-day stay and that the kitchen supplies worked for your group. We appreciate your kind words about Brooke and our team, and we have shared your feedback with housekeeping, maintenance, and the owner. Thank you, and we hope to welcome your family back next year.
