Beautiful and spacious 2B/2.5 Ba townhouse in Duck Key, FL. Enjoy the crystal clear waters and amazing wildlife that calls this island home, while staying in a comfortable home of your very own! High speed internet (273 download/10 upload Mbps), and large 4k smart tv's provide great indoor entertainment, while the private plunge pool provides that calming outdoor experience for all. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the back patio while watching the sun paint the sky.

The space:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed; full bath en suite
Bedroom 2 - Pyramid Bunk (Queen/Twin); full bath in hall
Main Level - Sofa Bed (Queen); 1/2 bath on main level

Guest access:
Parking is free and first come first serve.

Bringing your EV? Don’t sweat it, the only Tesla supercharger in the Florida Keys is located just 15 mins from the house at Marathon airport.

WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH HAWKS CAY RESORT and our guests do not have access to the hotel-owned amenities including the Coral Cay children’s center and pools. HOWEVER, any resort amenity that is open to the public will be available. Amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, full service marina, Calm Waters Spa by appointment and Fitness Center available to spa patrons, Dolphin Connection by appointment, tennis, parasailing, fishing charters, boat rentals and a variety of water sport equipment rentals such as kayaks & paddle boards and more.

Guest safety:
For your safety, as well as our home's, we have a Ring doorbell security device that has view of the front porch area.

This was a great stay! Good layout for our group with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms upstairs, and a really convenient half bath downstairs which a lot of other units here don’t have. The splash pool was a a nice bonus.

Megan was an incredible host and her townhome was amazing!! It was perfect for a Florida keys getaway! Megan’s communication was spot on which we appreciated! We are coming back next year and staying in this lovely townhome again! Our first trip to the keys was everything and more then we could ever ask for with amazing accommodations.

House lacks kitchen necessities and bedroom amenities to make stay more comfortable. Bathrooms are very small. Host was very pleasant and immediately responsive.

We’ve taken great care in furnishing the bedrooms to ensure they are both comfortable and functional, thoughtfully arranging each space to accommodate essential furniture while prioritizing our guests’ overall experience. In addition, we have made a concerted effort to provide a well-equipped kitchen, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker that supports both single-serve and full-pot brewing, a blender, and a brand-new set of pots and pans, among other conveniences. Throughout your stay, we also made it a priority to respond promptly and thoughtfully to any questions or requests, doing our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We do appreciate your feedback though, as it helps us continue to improve and better serve future guests.

Fantastic Location

We had a lovely stay at this ideal location on Duck Key. Megan was a very nice host and we had zero issues with our accommodation and loved how easy it was to get to the marina and all the fun things to do in Marathon. We’d definitely stay here again.
