Let the kids and the family dogs run and play in the enclosed, private yard at this spacious, newly-built Arlington home located close to stadiums, the entertainment district, shopping, and dining.

Inside, discover an open great room with a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a dining area with a table for four for mealtimes or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. At the front of this home, there's a separate living space ideal for socializing or just kicking back with a cup of coffee and a good book!

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu!

THINGS TO KNOW
- Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access.
- The city does not allow trash bins to be at the curb, only the bagged trash. If you are occupying this home on a Tuesday or Friday evening, please take the bagged trash from either the garage or the bins in the back of the home to the curb after 7 p.m. Gloves are provided and are by the trash bins. Additionally, trash has been placed in heavy duty bags to prevent tears/leaks.
- Road construction may or may not be present - no refunds or credits will be issued.
- There is currently construction going on in front of the property
You may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice House

The home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had some issues with cleanliness, the floors in the entire house were dirty and sticky and with nothing there for us to clean them, we were forced to wear shoes the entire stay. After we noticed the floors I decided I should clean the counter tops and any surfaces we would be touching in case they were not cleaned and surprisingly, they were extremely dirty as well. When we arrived there was a book there with some info to read through and it contained instructions for trash that stated we would be fined if we did not take care of it. The instructions stated we had to empty the bags out of the bins and put them all on the curb, which wasn’t an issue until we opened the bins. When it came time to take care of the trash, someone had dumped a lot of unbagged trash into the can, we aren’t going to sift through and bag up someone else’s trash. There was also a very LARGE amount of trash there for us to take care of so either no one else is taking care of it or someone is dumping their trash there. Lastly, communication is very lacking. I had questions prior to our stay and didn’t ever get responses until it was too late for me to do anything about it. Whoever is managing the property is really hurting this one because the home deserves better. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again simply for the reasons above.

Cotton Bowl

The property was very convenient for attending the Cotton Bowl. It was less than a mile walk to the stadium. The property was accurately listed. Would highly recommend for attending any event at AT&T Stadium.

I'll be back

It is as it is described and pictured. A very nice home within walking distance of AT&T stadium, which was a must for me. Bring your own washcloths/face towels because they aren't provided. Other than that it was perfect. I hope it's available the next time I'm in town.

Great house. Perfect for my party of 6.

House was beautiful. Loved the master bathroom!! Rooms were a good size, kitchen was beautiful, and was happy we could wash clothes before heading home. A Great location to all the places we wanted to go. Had an issue due to the gas being cut off (not the homeowners fault-the gas company had a leak). But thanks to the local manager, this issue was resolved and we were all able to take hot showers and we were able to use the stove. Would book with them again.

Great Stay

The place was beautiful and clean. Minus a wasp problem that surely they’re going to fix, it was a good stay. Vacasa was easy to use and the commutation through their text messages gave me all the info I needed.

Lovely stay

Very clean, new construction, and centrally located. There were a few older pieces of furniture that didnt fully fit the esthetic, but everything was very comfortable. We had an issue that there was NO hot water in the master shower - which was jarring despite the July Texas heat! However, the host was responsive and will hopefully get it fixed quickly.

Super nice place. AC could not compete with 100 degree Texas sun.

Family to do father's 84th birthday. Place was easy to find. Very nice and quiet hood. Many house had been renovated ir rebuilt like this one. The AC init was not big enough for the 100 degree days so until the sun went down the house was almost 80. After the sun went down it got to the temp we set. The plimbing fuxtures are all new and very nice. I think anothe sofa or relaxing chairs would be nice.back porch needs to be swept.

Adorable house in the heart of Arlington

The cutest little house located right in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. We loved everything about this house, perfect layout and space for our family. Easy process to check in and out, a few updates needed for trash information, but other than that no complaints. Will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful in good location, but the housekeeping was terrible the floors needing mopping shower wasnt clean kitchen towels was covered in animal hair it wasnt a good stay when you have to clean on your vacation

Location and size of house was 💯 However, the contracted cleaning service was unacceptable!!! I should’ve asked for the cleaning fee to be removed. We arrived with dirty linens on the master bed and queen room. They came the next day after asking again about the need to change them….at 1230. There were only 6 wash clothes and no detergeant to wash them when we booked a 3night stay with 4 people. The floors were dirty/sticky. They did mop when they came to change the linens the 2nd day. The dishes were dirty and found that the soap was stuck in the door of the dishwasher. The picture of the garage door is also deceiving. It is not available to park a vehicle.

Good location, clean property, and comfortable stay. The sheets and comforter were stained/dirty. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Hassle-free stay

We were in town for a marching band competition, which was being held at the AT&T Stadium. The location was perfect with only a 10-12 minute walk to the stadium. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. My only complaint and its more of a preference, is that there was no coffee provided for the tradition coffee pot. I usually travel with k-cups but there was not Keurig for my coffee. The house was still a great stay.

We did a stay cation for my daughters 16th birthday. This house was the perfection relaxation and ambiance for her small crowd. Home had everything we needed. It was clean. Quiet. Perfect for what we needed it for. There were ants in the guest bathroom.

This SHOULD be a 5 star review....

This should be a 5 star review and stay. Unfortunately there were handful of little things that ended up making the stay less enjoyable. Positives first, the house is beautiful, clean, open and has excellent finished. It was comfortable for my family and we felt very safe. The fenced in backyard was a huge bonus for our dog and the location is so convenient it's impossible to beat. Honestly, the place was freaking beautiful. Now the negatives, All the towels were wet and folded when we arrived. The handle on the front door is broken and the only thing that secures the door in place is the deadbolt. The back door deadbolt doesn't lock because it doesn't line up with the door frame. The handle on the back door is falling off. There was dog poop in the backyard. There is a pee stain in one of the closets and both of the spare got ants despite one room not being occupied at all and the other having no food in it what-so-ever. Overall, I would 100% stay here again. It would be a perfect stay once these minor issues are resolved.

Arlington vacation

Close to all the fun activities in Arlington. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is new with updated decor and very clean. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Will stay here again.

Very nice home, well maintained

A very pleasant home with nice finishes throughout and a fenced yard for our pet. The appliances were new and worked very well. The one issue we had was with the home across the street having 5 cars coming in and out all day and all night and that neighbor leaving a refrigerator on their front yard for the entire week of our stay.
