This newly updated home is ready to enjoy your party filled adventures. It's just .5 miles to AT&T Stadium straight down our street and to surrounding entertainment district. It's super clean, has 3 giant smart TVs, professional shuffleboard table, sound bars for music streaming, two AC units to keep things cool, with a funky rock and roll vibe and plenty of room to get the party rolling.

You are in the middle of everything! And can be anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth area with in minutes. And best of all you can walk to AT@T stadium. It is only .5 mile down E Rogers St. You will dead-end right into the stadium. It's a 15min walk. At GrassHouse, you are literally in the middle of it all.

We designed this property to have fun and enjoy the space whether you're here for a sporting event, family vacation, concert or family/friend event in the area. We wanted to make sure everyone could be together while in the kitchen, dining or living area and everyone can see and participate in what's going on. GrassHouse is your vacation getaway that's NOT your home away from home. It's the home you wanted in your teens. We want you to have a great time at GrassHouse and enjoy all it has to offer.
