Cozy-quiet cottage apartment with private entrance attached to residence in suburban neighborhood. Country setting with deer roamig the neighborhood yet in the center of town. Cottage is new construction (completed2022).All new appliances and furnishings. Close proximity to Austin Metrorail lakeline station(4.8miles),close proximity to Cedar Park Center(3.6 miles), 2.2 miles from 183-A toll road for quick easy access to downtown Austin and surrounding area. Close proximity to Lake Travis, hike and bike trails, restaurants and shopping.

Awesome stay

The cottage was absolutely charming—warm, cozy, and perfect for me and my daughter. It was spotless and located in a very convenient area. Ramona, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely return the next time we're in Austin.

Hill country visit

The relaxing atmosphere of the country while in close proximity to all the activities and sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all necessities provided. I look forward to staying again when I return to the area. Perfect for just me.

Quiet, cozy place to stay

My husband and I stayed in Cedar Park, TX to visit our daughter and her family. The place was wonderful! It was clean and had all the comforts of home. Nice shower and bed, anything you would need for the kitchen. Using the tv was easy and the place was quiet at night. Beautiful! I will recommend to friends and family. I hope to stay again!

The house was very cute and very well maintained!! It is attached to main house but no issues. Its soundproof and never heard them. Would stay here again.

Cute place

Me and my husband stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and we had a relaxing stay here! I loved seeing all the deer running around and it felt so quiet but everything was nearby! Very clean and nice. Definitely would stay here again!

Nice and quiet

Went down to spend a couple days with my elderly father. It was very cute and clean. I felt safe, feels a little like being in the country, but so close to Cedar Park. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

Perfect

This is a lovely property with thoughtful design and many touches. It has everything that we needed plus more. The room stayed pretty dark, the location was great to easily get around, and the bed was comfy. I cannot say enough about this place and will definitely stay again if we make another trip.

Pleasant get away.

I reserved this cottage apartment for my son for a family visit and he was very happy with his stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nice and clean. My son was appreciative of the various coffee & tea supplies available and bottles of water in the fridge. Ramona was prompt to respond to questions and requests. My son will be visiting the area in the near future and will definitely consider staying here again!

Great cottage

I booked this property for an employee who needed to work at our Austin location. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people to stay at and has everything that you need whether you are there for only a few nights or a longer stay. Ramona is a great VRBO host!

Perfect little place in Cedar Park

Stayed at Ramona’s place this weekend. Her unit is adorable. Spotless, quiet, with all the comforts of home. The unit is exactly as pictured, perfect for a single or a couple. Brand new, comfortable in every way. It sits in a nice neighborhood in Cedar Park, has a private entrance. Ramona is an excellent communicator, easy booking and check in. Would definitely stay again when in Austin. Thanks!
