** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $50 per night based on the occupied villa type.

** The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately June 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.



** The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing an electrical distribution system upgrade, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately from Mar. 1 through Aug. 31, 2024.

Please note that during this time, there is the possibility of certain areas of the resort being without electricity during extended periods of time, including electricity in villas during overnight hours. Once the local island electric company transitions the resort to generator power, which is anticipated in early August 2024, the replacement of the electrical distribution system will require the villa towers to be on generator power 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for the project's duration; however, there may be intermittent disruption in electricity in connection with the transition back to the resort electrical system, which is anticipated at the end of August 2024.
