Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area.

** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Apr. 1, 2025, through Jun. 15, 2025, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

** Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jul. 30, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.

Great spring break!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Mountainside. Our kids are begging to come back for Christmas break! The abundance of Hot tubs was one of the best perks! And the Ski valet was amazing. Would definitely come back!

Zero view from nearly every room in the hotel!!

This property is a timeshare hotel managed by Marriott. The issue with this property is 80% of the rooms have no view and face retaining wall or the neighboring condo's, while only 20% of the rooms face the pool/slopes, but nowhere is this disclosed. Our very expensive unit was directly across from a retaining wall!! The timeshare owners decided to have the units granted to them on a lottery system, so when an owner DOES get a view unit, they use it, leaving virtually no rooms EVER available to non owner Guests. I can not recommend this hotel.

Family Friendly Fun

Amazing Family Ski Trip

We loved staying with our family at Marriott Mountainside for our yearly ski trip. It was super simple to fly in and out of SLC. The resort is only 35 minutes away (Can't beat that!!). The mountain is amazing. Tons of snow and great lifts. We loved the hotel. Amazing location right at the base of the mountain. Easy access to the mountain through PayDay and Crescent lifts (not a long lift line, unlike the Gondola). Spacious rooms, loved their hot tub/pool area overlooking the mountain and fire pit area for smores and hot cocoa, great amenities for all ages, kids playroom, pool and ping pong tables for teens, friendly staff, and the cherry on top, covered garage parking included!

A cozy retreat in the Heart of Park City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott's MountainSide during our visit to Park City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfort of the accommodations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of snowboarding. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding. There was even a kid's club and a game room to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was MASSIVE. We literally skied right into the hotel swimming pool area. :) The one thing I missed immensley was a hotel bar. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot wait to return next year!

We loved the proximity of the resort to the slopes! It was also very close to downtown and an easy Lyft or Uber ride away. The hot tubs and pool were great! The activities and specialties (chili night, hot dog/sausage night, etc.) were a lot of fun and the kids loved it. I would recommend MountainSide to anyone planning to ski Park City/Canyons!

2024 Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott’s Mountainside Resort in Park City. The resort has a lot of amenities-a nice gym, free Ski Valet, and lovely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis, to name a few. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been but that was quickly corrected by housekeeping. Two things stood out about this resort: First was the location-it was amazing for ski-in/ski-out. Second was the resort staff. They were kind and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely stay there again!

We love it!

This vacation rental was amazing, totally family friendly, activities por everyone every day, walking distance for Ski school, restaurants, shops, and bus tops ( no need for a car ever ). really in the snow, ski/snow board valet (free) , front desk are really helpful and clean ..... really clean. I was very unhappy with the Vacation Candy policy that would not allow me to add a second name to our check in list! We needed both condos close together for limited mobility reasons and that did not happen since that condo had to be checked in later.

Perfect location!

My family stayed in a two bed two bath unit abd could not have been more happy with our experience! The Marriott is extremely family friendly. Between the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, ski valet, and shear proximity to the slopes makes this place perfect for families with children. What takes the cake is the friendliness of all staff that we interact with.

Best Location!!

I could not have asked for a better location for a ski trip. Located literally 200ft from Payday and Creasant lifts. Multiple big hot tubs. Nice little family area with pool tables and game spaces. Rooms were really clean, large and spacious. Couldn’t really ask for a better stay

Amazing first ski trip

Best location and accommodations! Walk out the doors and on to the slopes, so amazing. It was great having a kitchen to make quick lunches then head back out. Had so much space for my family of 4. Hot tubs and pools were great and the staff were so nice and helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that the owner may want to know is that the dryer in this specific unit was very loud and squeaky, but it still dried the clothes fine. We would definitely come back to this location and this specific condo again.
