Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. The quaint mining town of Park City, Utah, is now an internationally-renowned vacation destination and home to Marriott's Summit Watch. This exclusive Park City resort offers prime access to three ski resort areas for exhilarating skiing, hiking & biking, as well as other attractions & historic landmarks. The Marriott Summit Watch resort provides all-season fun with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, whirlpools, a fitness center, and daily family activities. Located downtown, just a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, this property could not be more conveniently located! Such a nice week

Such a beautiful resort located in the heart of Park City. Everything was made easy during the stay as the staff is so accommodating and friendly. The units were beautiful! Looking forward to our next visit.

Ideal location in Park City; great floorplan for 1 BR

The 1BR units at Summit Watch are great - large kitchen/LR/dining areas with window seats along one side. It was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk folks are helpful. The views can vary a lot from east-facing low floors (looking at the busy roadway) to west-facing high floor with a view of the mountains and sunset (we lucked out and got a perfect one - if you have options, ask for top floor looking west).

Pleasant Surprise!

I had to find something last minute at Sundance and this location is unbeatable. The room was nicer and bigger than we expected and the service was fantastic. Would not only stay here again - I would consider joining this time share!
