Cozy studio on the first floor
Catching the morning sun, this self-contained studio measures 32m² and sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The Studio is newly furnished and has a double bed (140 x 200cm) .Two charming French windows overlook the Rue des Salins.
Dining area,TV, Internet (WiFi ), built-in wardrobe, portable fan.
A fully fitted kitchen offers an electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and of course pots and pans. Bathroom with large shower, washbasin & toilet.
Our kitchen offers a basic stock of coffee & tea. The bathroom will have towels, a bathmat and cleaning products. Iron & board available as well as a baby bed and high chair (free upon request). Shared laundry room with washing machine (free of use) and use of the garage to store your beach gear, bicycles and other sports equipment.

As a ceramic artist, I divide my time between the Netherlands and Fisherman's house in Mèze, where I have recently set up my studio on the groundfloor. My husband and I bought this very old house in 2006 and after major renovations, we have had a lot of success renting out our 2 self-contained studios on the 1st floor of the house. I am using VRBO for the rentals since January 2023 and I look forward to meet you!
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We couldn't help falling in love with this quirky old house, which is ideally situated just behind the busy harbour with its many restaurants and terraces. The 2 sandy beaches are both within a 5 minute walk and there is nothing better than that early morning swim. Don't need a car either, as everything is within walking distance. The local market offers the best local produce you can find. In short, it is a lovely little town!
