Dock Holiday is located away from the bustle of city life on beautiful, crystal clear Lake Hawkins in East Texas. You can just feel the tension slip away as you watch the sun go down on the lake, or be able to see the amazing amount of stars away from city lights, or dip your fishing pole into the lake to do some fishing, or relax in the hot tub that is available for your use. You are away from traffic and busyness yet close enough to good restaurants, Tyler State Park and other fun activities to build some great memories of time away from your busy life. Come to relax, refresh and renew!

Wonderful relaxing stay

The house was beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were even welcomed with a delicious baked goodie. We would 100% stay here again.

Family get away

Peaceful, clean, and well-stocked!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dock Holiday! Very clean, roomy, peaceful place to hang out with extended family and play games! Well-stocked kitchen was great to cook meals in. We loved the sun room and the big comfy couch in the living room. No complaints, and the property manager was very responsive to our questions, and very welcoming. We plan to come back next year!

Beautiful, peaceful getaway!

This was the perfect place for us! The scenery was beautiful and the view was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice! We had a sweet hand written note and blueberry bread waiting for us. The welcome binder had all the info we needed! Kitchen had all the necessities we needed for our short trip. We would definitely stay here again and bring our 3 girls. The house was spacious and the AC felt wonderful after an afternoon fishing on the dock.

Fantastic Lakefront family vacation

Dock Holiday is very spacious; the beds super comfy and the home had everything one needs. The Discovery Science Museum was very interactive and "the best". The Hawkins Beach, only a couple of miles down the road proved to be a winner for our 3 and 7 year old grandkids who had never swum in a lake. They swam, played in the sand and met new friends. The dock provided fun with balled up pieces of bread, fed to the sunfish, and then catching them in the vertical nets. Catch & release! They squealed with such joy! Woodye Kaye Rogers, the property manager was the best! She was always prompt with our inquires. A huge shout out for all she helped us with. Such a truly marvelous vacation get-away!!
