Keep it simple at this centrally located and newly renovated townhome in beautiful Bozeman. This 3 bed 1 bath is fur baby & family friendly. 2 queen beds/ 1 king. Dining and lounging for 6. Air mattress available upon request (full). Large fenced yard and off street parking. Back patio space for lounging with a full sized bbq. Washer/dryer, coffee pot, cooking necessities, and more. 1.8 miles to downtown/1.5 miles MT State/13 miles Bridger Bowl/ 29 to Big Sky. Inquire separately to rent our Suburban (seats 8) or Audi Q7 (seats 7). Airport delivery available. Dogs allowed per owners discreiton. All dogs must be dog friendly and vaccinated. An additional $25 will be charged for pets.

The location of this property worked out great as it is centralized. I wished that the owner had explained the check in process in advance instead of making me wait until 2 days ahead of time. We booked this property this property one year in advance. The 3 bedrooms worked out great, but we could have used a 2nd bathroom.

Great house in a fantastic location!!

We were in town for parents' weekend at Montana State, and this property was perfect for the six of us! Updated, with all of the amenities, and great outdoor space. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they responded very quickly to our questions!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here! Very homey feel to it and the host was incredibly responsive. The house had comfy beds, and a large living space where we could all hang out. It was also stocked with anything we needed. Overall a great stay in Bozeman!

Nice but small for us

Clean and well stocked decorated nicely...we had 8 and a dog. It was presented to have accommodations for 8 and we did sleep 8, but with 1 bathroom and basically 1 living area and dining area with 6 chairs...it was cramped. I would recommend it to better accommodate 6. All in all though it was a nice place to stay and the owner was very easy to work with.

Perfect

We stayed for MSU's fall commencement. It was an absolutely perfect location and home for a small family celebration. We loved being able to include our pup, Jazz. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others with pups.

Bozeman Duplex

We came to town to watch my son play hockey. When we walked n the sign on the counter was personalized with our names, right down to the dog’s name. It was a great neighborhood, and the accommodations were fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very Cozy

Great central location. Cozy little home with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. All 3 beds were comfortable. Host Mallory, and her husband were very quick to respond to message questions. My Wife, Daughter, Chihuahua Pete and myself would definitely stay there again. Dennis in WA.

Early Family Christmas

Was a great place to have family and extended family come gather for an early Christmas since we all live so far apart. With winter travel being sketchy, we make sure we are able to get together before winter hits. Great location and accommodations! It was a blast and thankful to have it here!

Great centrally located property

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house due to taking in all the homecoming activities. House is very comfortable and provided a great place to lay our heads for a couple evenings.

Clean and simple

It was just as the pictures showed. We arrived after dark, so it was a bit difficult to read the house address. It was a warm evening and we used the fans in each room, as there wasn't any air conditioner. We would rent it again.

Wonderful location. Well appointed and comfortable home. Mallory and Blaine were very accommodating. Great yard for the dogs. Beds comfy. Highly recommend.
