Since 2019, Haiko has been the proud owner of Koeriboeri Aruba Lodges. In 2026, he decided to take a step back to focus on new projects and entrusted Sophie with carrying forward the spirit of Koeriboeri.

Originally from France, Sophie has called Aruba home for more than 20 years. Passionate about hospitality and authentic island experiences, she knows the island inside out and loves helping guests discover its hidden gems. With her strong network of local connections, she is always happy to share personal recommendations and help organise activities.

With Sophie at the helm, Koeriboeri continues to build on its authentic character, welcoming guests with the same warmth, personal attention, and love for Aruba that have always been at the heart of the lodges.

Koeriboeri Aruba Lodges is nestled near Aruba’s north-east coast, a unique and rugged part of the island where nature takes centre stage. Here, you’ll find dramatic landscapes, giant cacti, and fascinating rock formations — a world away from the busier beach areas.

The famous Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are just a 15-minute drive away, while highlights such as the Natural Bridge, Ayo & Casibari Rock Formations, Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, and Arikok National Park are all within easy reach.
