Nestled just minutes from historic Auburn in Newcastle, Ca. our charming one-story wheel chair friendly (if needed) home is designed for relaxation and fun. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in the main house has an open floor plan. This newly re-furnished property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Plus, enjoy a bonus 600 sq. ft. pool house for extra space and privacy.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the lush, fenced backyard – ideal for pets and children to play freely on the green grass. The private patio features a sport pool, perfect for both active and relaxing swims, and a 2/3-person spa for ultimate relaxation. After a day of adventure, unwind in the master suite's jetted tub with Epsom salts and bubbles, while you take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the rolling hills and stunning sunsets that will leave you in awe.

For those looking to explore, you're just minutes away from the vibrant town of Auburn, local wineries, breweries, and a wide range of excellent restaurants. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the abundance of nearby hiking trails, as well as lakes and rivers perfect for adventure or relaxation.

Awesome place

The house is super clean, lovely view! We had rented another property the app was misleading but Steve the host of this house was always checking in to see if we need anything the property is beautiful and it so well kept up I would definitely stay there agsin

Big family gathering

We had lots of family come in for a wedding on a very hot weekend. The size was perfect for us to have a “home base” where we could all comfortably get together at once. The views are amazing and the pool keep us cool- and the kids endlessly entertained.

Amazing sunsets

Perfect place to gather. We were a party of 8 and had ample room to spread out. The host Steve was very attentive.

Gorgeous spot for our Family Reunion

This was ideal for our 3 families (with kids) to get together at a location close to our parents. All the amenities we needed: spacious; lots of sitting spots; nice pool; great views! Host Steve was very helpful and accessible. Recommend!

Great vacation house for our family!

It is a huge property, very clean and well maintained, there are many nice areas for us a family of 14 to sit and chill with shades, all spread out , we enjoyed the pool the most, also the jacuzzi is a bonus. We eat dinner outside a few nights, the views and sunsets were incredible. Our teens loved the pool and the pool house was great, it is seperated but next to the main house, it has a bed, and nice couch that converts into a bed, full-kitchen, and a refrigerator, A/C works great. The maine house has a nice modern kitchen and wow, it has everything that you need, the living room has a gigantic TV with a great sound system. What can you say about the host, Steve is great, very responsive, if you need sommething he is never far away. Steve met us on the first day to show us how to use a few things and we needed that. If you have a dog, plenty of room in the front and back for it to run around. The neighbors have some cows,chickens and man made ponds, the cows came to the fence and played with our dog. Overall, a great vacation, a great house and a great host. Planning to come back soon. Wish we can submmit some pictures.
