Location! Location! Experience all that Uptown has to offer with this centrally-located condo in historic 4th Ward, one of Charlotte's most charming neighborhoods! Enjoy relaxing on the attached balcony overlooking the cul-de-sac street and city views from the third floor. Situated next to 4th Ward Park and walkable to award-winning restaurants, coffee, nightlife, entertainment, shops and sporting events. Cheer on the Panthers or go to one of the many cultural events held in Uptown. Condo is located on the top level (third floor) so stairs are required. Feel like a local and enjoy all that the Queen City has to offer!

Great little condo in a nice neighborhood

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a concert. The condo itself was very clean and fresh. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.. The neighborhood was charming and walkable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Charlotte.

Lovely accommodation in a vibrant neighborhood

We booked for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the selection of excellent restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and hiking trails in the area. Charlotte is a very walkable city. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very nice!

Awesome place

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Amazing neighborhood restaurant a block away. About 5 to 10 min walk to center of Uptown Charlotte. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Charlotte.

Weekend stay for concert

Perfect location for a trip to Charlotte for a concert at Bank of America stadium. The condo is just as described, cute, clean and very walkable to everything you’d want to do while in downtown Charlotte. Eric was easy to connect with when we had questions, and an overall gracious host. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for figure visits!

Updated and clean

We had a great time exploring Charlotte and the location was perfect. Short 5 minute walk to the grocery, green space around the corner and perfect city view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again

4th Ward Fabulous

We enjoyed this walkable neighborhood. The accommodations are truly earning of the five star rating. Communication with the owner was easy! I’m looking forward to returning to this VRBO in years to come!

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

Eric was very responsive and helpful when I had questions before our stay. The condo was clean and upgraded throughout. It is decorated in a way that made each room feel comfortable and cozy. It’s close enough to uptown that you can get anywhere you need to go in 5 minutes but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved Our Stay in Charlotte!

This place was amazing! True attention to detail in every aspect - cleanliness, design, and quality. The beds were so comfortable and the quality furniture and kitchenware was much appreciated! Communication was great and Eric was so kind in helping to coordinate our return to pick up something we left behind. Thanks for a great experience in Charlotte!!

Beatutiful walkable neighborhood

Had a wonderful stay! Nice 5 minute walk to Harris Teeter (grocery store) and plenty of restaurants in the area. Didn't realize it was a 3 story walk up so carrying my golf clubs up wasn't fun. But it was worth the unexpected cardio:)

4th ward gem

This condo is located in the quaint little neighborhood called the 4th ward. Great location to walk to pretty much anything you would want to do or take a quick Uber ride to downtown locals. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for your stay. It is decorated with charm with a great little patio to relax on. Rent this one. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect places for a weekend in Charlotte! Place was just as pictures showed. Great communication! Easy check in/out. Walking distance to Spectrum for our concert. We didnt really utilized kitchen for cooking. But we had everything we needed. Great balcony! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo in 4th Ward

We enjoyed our stay in this remodeled condo. Restaurants in walking distance, and great central location. Nice views with lots of windows and natural light. Clean and comfortable. Just a heads up, for those with mobility limitations, this condo is up two flights of narrow stairs with no elevator. May be difficult to carry large luggage or for those with mobility challenges. All others will enjoy this place. Easy check in and check out, with only a couple simple check out tasks.
