Brand new to the rental market, Village People is the perfect spot for your Asheville vacation. Located in the heart of Biltmore Village, this 2200 square ft condo is less than .5 miles to the famous Biltmore Estate and 2.5 miles to downtown Asheville. Walkable to local shopping and fabulous restaurants- this luxurious condo is the perfect home base for a couples retreat or girls getaway to the North Carolina mountains. We are not only local but we called Village People our home for the last year. We are happy to answer any questions about the property or the areas. Perfect location in Biltmore village

This is our second stay here. The condo is clean and well appointed. Everything in BV is walkable. Parking is easy and ample. We will return.

Beautiful condo in the heart of it all

This condo is really beautiful and extremely comfortable. Every detail is considered for your comfort. It’s very quiet and in a wonderful setting. Really hard to beat being in historic Biltmore Village, where you are less than 15 minutes from everything. I also must add that after many years of only great experiences with VRBO, Courtney has to be the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. We get to Asheville at least once a year, and this condo will be the first place we will always try to book!

Just perfect!

This place is so clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious, all the extras! And the location felt secluded but right in the heart of Biltmore Village. Courtney is so helpful and offered recommendations that were spot on. We will be back!

For a family of 6 it was perfect!!!

Beds were super comfortable, rooms spacious, kitchen was complete, convenient location and hosts were outstanding…helpful, responded immediately and accommodating!! It was one of our very best family holidays ever!!! Thank you Courtney!!! We hope to come back soon.., to see the Biltmore during the winter holidays.

Amazing condo

Super clean, everything you could need, in a beautiful space in a great location. Our go-to while in Asheville!! And our host quickly answers all questions!! Perfect!

Chris and I have called Asheville home for over 17 years. We were thrilled when my parents decided to move to Western North Carolina in 2021. While house hunting with my parents, we stumbled upon this historic complex in Biltmore Village. We had no idea this historic gem existed in the heart of the village! Mom and Dad lived in the condo for over a year and enjoyed every moment. We have a VRBO in Lake Lure ( Happy Heron Cabin/702264) and have had a blast sharing our cabin with visitors from all over the country. All four of us live nearby and we can't wait to share this hidden treasure with you!
