Meredith, We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. We want to apologize about the beach chairs. We at host2coast don't provide beach chairs in our homes. Sometimes owners will leave behind beach gear between guest stays, and we are unaware, so we said there were no chairs. I do apologize for the confusion, however. As for the maintenance issue, we recall that you said we didn't have to fix those issues until after you checked out. We have someone on call at all times and every day. We would have been happy to fix your problems asap had you let us! We hope you'll return so we have another chance to give you the five-star stay you deserve. Kind Regards, Kristen with host2coast

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and the beautiful sunrises during your stay. We appreciate your constructive criticism regarding the updates needed in the condo. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously and actively work with the owner to address these issues. Plans are underway for upgrades, including new flooring! Your input helps us ensure that future guests have an even more enjoyable experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an improved stay. Thank you for choosing host2coast for your accommodation. Regards, Kristen with host2coast

Thank you for sharing your long history with Hilton Head and for your kind words about our team. We’re so glad the property was clean, well-stocked, and just what you wanted, and that we could resolve the TV issue quickly. It means a lot that you consider us the best company you’ve rented with, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back next time! Best regards, Josh with host2coast

We are so glad you enjoyed the great view, Chad! We do apologize there were frustrations with your stay, though. We tested the internet after your departure and found it working well. We will remount the picture that appears to have fallen, and we will reattach the headboard. Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you for staying with us, John. We apologize for the service issues impacting your visit. While our guest services team has experienced an unprecedented demand in light of the developing global health crisis, we are continuing to adapt and adjust our efforts to best meet the needs of our guests. We hope to host you for a great vacation in the future.
