Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This recently remodeled home is designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. Located just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, Spring Training fields and games, and several entertainment districts with great shopping and dining, it’s the perfect spot for your getaway.
INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT

* 3 TVs total (living room, master bedroom, and second king bedroom)
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Sunnyside Retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Primary Suite:
* King bed (sleeps 2)
* TV
* Walk-in closet
* Private bathroom with tub/shower combo and separate sink area
* Air mattress (sleeps 2) located in the closet for extra guests
Second Bedroom:
* King bed (sleeps 2)

* Bedside tables with outlets and USB ports

* Twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 3)
