The Seibert Suite is a 2 bedroom private residence located within the newly renovated Gravity Haus. Gravity Haus is a modern and inviting hotel catering to adventurous souls. Its restaurant, Slope Room, is the perfect trendy apres spot serving an incredible cocktail selection. Guests also have access to Dryland Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, steam room, sauna, and outdoor hot tubs.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests with one king and two queen beds. This suite offers an open living space with a full kitchen, dining table and sitting area with fireplace. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.

The most appealing attribute of the Seibert Suite is of course its central location in Vail Village. Vail’s many shops, restaurants, and entertainment options are all within walking distance. There is no need for a car when you can walk to hike, ski, dine, and explore!

Please note parking is not included with rental of this unit. Paid parking is available at the Vail parking structure directly across from the hotel entrance. ($60/night).

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Nonrefundable Fees
Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
