Whether you`re hitting the slopes, downhill biking, or relaxing by the pool, this luxury getaway offers year-round mountain magic!

This chic, newly redecorated, upscale retreat features new designer lighting & furniture, original art, fresh paint, new carpet, and smart TVs. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views, two fireplaces, and a private balcony with a propane grill—perfect for après-ski evenings or summer cookouts.

The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances, a wine fridge, and all essentials for cooking. The spacious living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, built-in fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling arched windows, accommodating up to six guests.

Great stay. Highly recommend this unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Living area is larger in person than in the photos. The elevation shuttle app was easy to use and an amazing amenity, we used it multiple times every day. The ski-in ski-out access is hard to beat.

My family and I had a terrific stay. Toby’s communications leading up to and during the stay were clear and helpful in planning our travel and activities. The condo itself was terrific. The decor was updated and the kitchen appliances were all high end. The beds were also super comfortable after a long day on the slope. I truly appreciated the convenience of the ski in/ski out which was midway down the slope to mountain base - it could not have been easier to access both gondolas and the lift. The ski locker with boot drier was also an added luxury and convenience that you don’t find everywhere. Finally, the condo shuttle service was a bonus making it easy for us to split up and still get around. We would definitely come back again!

Definitely a luxurious condo with 100% ski in/out access to Steamboat Ski area. 2nd time I have stayed at Edgemont and it is a wonderful property. The condo is beautiful, well furnished, clean and enjoyable just to hang out in. The property has great accommodations (ski lockers, hot tub, heated pool), and the shuttle is absolutely the best. All the drivers were excellent. Only comments would be, this particular condo faces West, which is a spectacular view of the rocky mountains and valley, vs. toward the ski slopes, and they are building a new structure right in front of this condo. So we awoke to construction sounds daily and Im guessing the view will soon be blocked. Also, this property evidently is not managed by Edgemont, so when we called the front desk due to the condo being warm, they instructed us to contact the person owning the condo. Steamboat is unusually warm this year, and they had shut down the building wide cooling system so all we could do is open the doors to cool it down. Would love to stay at Edgemont again, but wow, skiing in Steamboat is getting really expensive so this may have been my last Steamboat trip. Steamboat is my most favorite place to ski in the world!

Thank you for the detailed review and for staying with us—we’re glad you enjoyed the condo, amenities, and especially the ski-in/ski-out access and shuttle service. I do want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. We were not contacted during your stay, and we’re always available and responsive—had we heard from you, we would have been happy to provide more effective guidance on the heating/cooling situation during this unusual warm spell. These shoulder-season conditions can be tricky, but there are effective ways to manage the temperature. Also, while there is construction nearby, the new building is not expected to rise to a height that will block the west-facing views, which we agree are a highlight of the unit. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Immaculate condo walkable to Ski Resort

What a fantastic property. It was clean, well furnished and so convenient to the ski resort and downtown Steamboat. I highly recommend for summer or winter adventures. The communication from the host was fantastic as well. Great experience and we'll be back.

Awesome condo and location!

We booked this condo for a week long stay during the summer. The property was clean, fully stocked with everything you might need, and correspondence with the owner was prompt. Highly recommend! We will be staying there the next time we head to Steamboat!

Awesome ski in and out rental on steamboat slopes

We had a fantastic time in this exceptionally convenient location with great amenities. From The pools and hot tubs to bathrobes, fabulous kitchen and spacious living right on the slopes with ski lockers and undercover parking, everything was great and the manager was easily accessible and attentive. Will be back!

Holiday Family Trip

One of the best experiences we have had on VRBO. Toby was extremely helpful with tons of information before and during our trip. Any questions we had during our stay were answered as quickly as possible. It was almost like staying at your favorite uncles vacation place for the holiday. I really appreciate you helping to make our time with our kids a blast. We can’t wait to get back for another visit.

Perfect location

True ski-in / ski-out condo in a fabulous location. This is a really nice condo with awesome views and great amenities. The condo has a huge kitchen and 2 big bathrooms and everything you need for a great vacation including a great pool with two hot tubs. There is also on-demand shuttle service included which makes getting around very convenient. Only regret is we could not stay longer.

Incredible Summer Getaway

This condo was fantastic! Amazing views, comfortable beds, spacious living area, luxurious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen made for a great week in Steamboat. Toby was a step ahead with all communication before, during and after our stay and check in/check out was a breeze. There were nearby restaurants, a pool with a view, it was quiet at night…what more could you want? We would definitely book this condo again! Thank you Toby!

Toby was a class act owner, who communicated all details perfectly. He answered every question & reached out to be sure we were having a great experience & If we needed anything. Great Stay at Steamboat!

Our stay at this condo was amazing!!! The condo was beautiful and everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and felt fresh. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly what we needed. It was so quiet in the building. The underground parking was so convenient. The ski-in/ski-out feature was wonderful (including the in-building ski lockers) and made skiing every day a dream. We utilized the Elevation shuttle to get to Steamboat Springs dining options each night. We would book this condo again in a heartbeat.
