They send us in different house

I book the one with 3rd floor then they send us in different house.they say they can’t see my booking in the computer. So I show them my email. Then they say much better if you can go in different house

Hi mam, I apologized for any miscommunication during your stay. I was out of the country during your stay and no one mentioned me about your being transfered to a different room. Before j left the country, I also left my lists of guest and their room assignment. I wonder which room they put you in. The room you booked is located in a second floor with studio typed room.
