Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 15 minutes from downtown Des Moines. Located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes off I35 and Delaware with tons of shopping and restaurants. This home is stocked with essential items. Kitchen has a large table with extra chairs and cookware/dinnerware as well as basic cooking needs and condiments. Two living spaces, two full baths and a pool table. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Free parking.

Decent House

Overall good stay. Our only complaint was we wished their was a bathroom in the basement. Great location close to food options and shopping.

House in Ankeny

We stayed at this property in Ankeny the weekend of our son's wedding. We loved all the space that we had versus being in a motel room. The location was great for us!

Wonderful stay

The house was very clean and roomy. The living room and downstairs family area gave us space to visit or watch TV. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very considerate and the house was well stocked with everyday items. Well worth the reasonable price.

Good location

Place is a great location easy access to get anywhere in the area. Far better then a hotel for a family staying a few days. Kids enjoyed the space. I would have liked to have had TV in rooms we did let the kids bring a playstation.

Family visit

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and in nearby parks. Loved that the house was well stocked with the basics such as coffee, toiletries, dish soap. Very good Internet as well. We will definitely aim to stay here again on return visits to Des Moines.

Great location

The house is in a nice neighborhood and great for walks with our dog. Some new cues are needed to be able to use the pool table. Kitchen could use more coffee mugs and pans if you plan to cook and eat at the house but nicely stocked with spices. Close to many restaurants if you want to go out. Beds were very comfortable.
