This is a comfortable 3-bedroom upper suite in a brand new house in a suburban neighbourhood in the forested Happy Valley area, in Langford. It's about a 10 minute drive to Westshore Mall, which features lots of shopping & attractions, and about a 30 minute drive to Victoria's Inner Harbour.

The space features a high-end fully-stocked kitchen with a kitchen island with 3 bar stools, plus a beautiful dining table with 6 seats, a cozy & spacious living room with 6 lounge seats, Roku TV, gas-powered fireplace, and coffee table. There are also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Includes in suite laundry, private entrance and a large driveway with lots of space for on-site parking.

All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!

Honeycrisp Ave is a suburban neighbourhood in a rural area, surrounded by the beautiful forests & mountains of Happy Valley. It's a bit of a ways away from town, so a car (or bicycle) is recommended.
