Gorgeous Victoria Downtown Hideaway

Come enjoy our Primo Legato unit located in the beautiful Legato condominium complex. This 874 square foot unit is tucked back from the street, so it is a nice hideaway from the larger, busier roads nearby. The are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large wrap-around patio with seating for six. A gorgeous kitchen with all the basics is there for you to cook up your favorites, or you can order from the trendy new restaurants next door, across the street, or all nearby with shopping, groceries, etc. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and we also have a Lazy-Boy three-quarter sofa bed in the living room. You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
