This two bedroom townhome has everything you need. A well stocked kitchen with top end appliances, comfortable beds, private parking garage and mountain views. And only 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. Conveniently located for easy highway access makes this a great place to stay if you want to get out and explore the trails but still close to the city.

This was a beautiful townhouse that wasvery clean.

It was very convenient location for my family to meet. However the parking was very limited and stalls very small. But we made the best of it.

Wonderful!

This is a very clean, easily accessible, quiet, well supplied rental. Everything we needed was there and so easy to get to. Communication was amazing, and so fast!!! Thank you so much … two thumbs way up 👍👍

Great location and good find

We had a great stay at Derek's place. The check-in process was a breeze and we had no trouble accessing the house. The house is very clean, modern and has all the amenities you would need for a stay. We can see that the host had put in a lot of thought on what he thinks a guest would need. The kitchen has top of the line upgraded appliances, complete cutleries and also has a lot of the smaller appliances you would need (toaster, coffee maker, etc). The fridge with the water dispenser is such a nice bonus. There's plenty of bedding and linen available to use as well. The location of the townhome is also great, it's in a quiet neighbourhood and was only a 20 min drive from downtown Victoria and easily accessible through the highway. Our stay there was wonderful and we very much recommend this place!

オーナー : Derek Bissell

My name is Derek and I will be your main contact when you stay at any of our properties. I usually work in the forest industry but right now I have had to be a stay at home dad for a couple years. This is my side gig to give me something to do till my kids get a little older. I have three little girls and a beautiful loving wife so I am a little outnumbered around the house but they keep me in line and I would not trade it for anything. As a family we enjoy getting out in nature so we do a lot of hiking, camping and beach days in the summer and skiing in the winter. Personally I enjoy Scuba diving and underwater photography.

We all love to travel and like a nice place to stay when we do. We expect that you do also so all our places are clean, modern, safe and well stocked. We won't rent it unless we would want to stay there ourselves.

This townhouse is new and modern. Convenient highway access makes getting anywhere a breeze as some places may take a while to even get on the highway making commutes much longer. Parking is free and includes a space in the garage as well as the driveway which is nice as parking is very limited or non existent in a lot of places now.

The townhome is well stocked with all the amenities you would need for both short and long stays so you will feel at home.
