This is one of 3 identical apartments that are perched above the main street above a provisions shop/cafe and outfitters store. Walk to restaurants, brewery, natural hot springs spa, shops, river, and trails. Clean and comfortable and on the Appalachian Trail.

She was very welcoming. Worked with out family needs responded quickly to messages. The location was perfect very comfy and low key but in a fun area next to activity and local culture. Would definitely stay again and recommend others to as well!

Comfortable

I like staying here because of the location. Easy to walk to most of the eating places. Clean and the beds sleep very well. Glad they reopened. Parking has improved also.

Last Minute Getaway

We love staying here! We arrive and dont have to touch the car unless we want to drive to Max Patch or to the Laural River over the mountain. Everything is within walking distance.

Perfect place to recharge

We did a section hike on the AT. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when it came to questions about the area. Very lovely people.

Awesome Stay

Fantastic suite in downtown Hot Springs. Very clean and beautifully set up. Very quiet. The kitchen has all you might need. The location is near everything in Hot Springs. We were so happy to see the town coming back from Hurricane Helene. We highly recommend this location.

Comfortable and Cozy!

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs as they continue to recover. The property was warm and inviting and the hosts responded quickly to any concerns. They had cute baskets set up for me and my pup with linens and pup supplies! Will definitely stay here again with my next trip to Hot Springs!

Sweet, cozy little spot!

We love visiting Hot Springs and the location of the suites can’t be beat. Sarah is extremely friendly & hospitable. You can count on a great nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning!!

Perfect Stay in Hot Springs

A spacious 2 BR above the shops on the main street in Hot Springs, this clean and convenient spot was perfect as a stop during our 80 mile trek on the Appalachian Trail.
