"Charlie's on the North Channel" Beautiful Home

Modern design, spacious for the whole family! Come by boat or car. Always beautiful scenery of the North Channel from either deck.
The kitchen is ready for any chef`s needs! The entire home is comfortable and welcoming. There is a deck off the master bedroom and a spiral staircase to the lower level from the outside. The dock is 400 feet long and has 110 electricity for up to 3 boats and multiple water toys on either side.

Each bedroom is designed to make your stay wonderful! Nothing was overlooked, and all the beds are super comfy, have soft pillows for a great night`s sleep, and all room darkening window treatments.
Wake up and enjoy the outside beauty of being on the water.
The house has a generator, so there are no interruptions during your stay.

You have the entire home except for the bonus room upstairs and both garages.

I am available whenever you need me.

This a wonderful family area. There are excellent restaurants, grocery stores, small boutiques, hair salons, and liquor stores all close by. There is also a park that offers fantastic concerts (a variety of music) in the summertime. Great area for the kids to play and run around. They also have a little wet-water park for the kiddies to cool off. There are public restrooms, and dogs are welcome if on a leash.
The police station and fire department are minutes away.

Off-limits to guests are the bonus room upstairs and both garages.
A bonus room is upstairs but off-limits and locked to guests.

Garbage: Cans must be taken down on Thursday evening for garbage pick-up. If not, there will be an extra 50.00 per can.

Your pet must be pre-approved by the host, and if you have a service dog, we still need to know the dog`s information. You will be charged an additional $100.00 for cleaning required for your service dog or pet, as it requires more time and extended cleaning. You must also curb after each time. A bucket and a scooper are provided. Also, please keep them off all the furniture.

Boats: We are not responsible for any damage. You must provide your lines and fenders.

The view was amazing. We always love staying by the water. The host quickly responded anytime we needed her. The house amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great fishing

We stayed with 1family member who had family that stayed in marine city.they visited by boat and helped with a nightly dinner and everybody greatly enjoyed the location as well as the cleanliness of the property.and all the amenities were fantastic.

The house was a perfect space for our family to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather! We loved all the amenities that the house had to offer. The location was a perfect distance to some great restaurants. The kitchen was also amazing to cook in as well!

Getaway on St Clair River

Perfect house very quaint and modern combination. Loved that it was on the water. Backing our boats into driveway were a little complicated but that was the only problem. Perfect place for the family to get away

wonderful in every way

Many properties in the Algonac area could use some updating. Not true for this property! Modern with tasteful whimsy. Quiet. Everything you could want for a stay with multiage family gatherings or just alone time. Would stay again without pause.

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the property manager- she was absolutely fantastic. This house has all the luxury upgrades you could ever want. Everything was extremely clean. Comfortable beds and comfy furniture inside/out. Communication with the manager was quick. We will be staying again.

Perfect spot on Lake St Clair

The home was as beautiful as the photos, very clean and nicely updated. Our group of six took a pontoon boat - the location on the channel was very convenient and dock was well built and easy to get in and out of. Home offered views of the water from almost every room. Owner had almost everything you could need for your stay. Huge yard and driveway. Owner provided some yard games and in house games, and house was just up the street from township park - great for kids and offered pickleball courts. Restaurants, ice cream shop & grocery store close by. Ferry close by to get to the island (take bikes to ride around and visit Browns - our favorite Perch).

Amazing Property!

It is hard to decide where to start on how amazing this place is! We stayed for a week and it had all the things we need - small and large. The location was great and the access to the water was just what we were looking for. The dock is huge and we could bring both our families boats to cruise around and hit all the local spots. The couch and kitchen have everything and the rooms are super spacious. The king bed is very comfortable. You can tell lots of thought and effort has gone into this place - from the kids dishes, cups, plates, food storage, pots/pans, cooking appliances (there is an air fryer!), and even a pot filler above the oven! There are plenty of towels and basically two master bedrooms. There is just plenty of space if you are looking for an extended stay. It is better than home for me and the roomba made it easy to keep up after my kids! Thanks to Gina for the kindness in helping us get checked in (even when I made a bit of a mistake!). Super kind and helpful - will definitely be staying again!

Jaclyn, Thank you for the review; I know doing reviews is a pain sometimes. It is appreciated for a few reasons. One is because the home is new to Charlie's portfolio, and no one seems to think the house is as beautiful as the pictures. Second, the more reviews each location receives, raises our placement, but more so, potential guests looking can hear from guests who stayed and get a non-biased opinion. Good or bad. I am so pleased to know you and your family enjoyed yourselves. The neighbors later said you all looked like you had a lot of fun with all the fun activities for the kids and wished they were part of your family. That made me smile and give a little chuckle. : ) We always love the hear the good but are always open to ways to make each of Cgharlie's locations the best they can be, so any constructive feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
