Best Value in NW Boise- large backyard, fire pit, 10 min to downtown

This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer.
Our large backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.
Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment.

Please note that this listing is for 1 side of the duplex only. The backyard is a shared space.

Katie and Dallas were great and responsive hosts. The property was all we needed. We were visiting our new Grandchild so the location was great. For anyone who is visiting downtown, this is not close and the traffic is difficult. A few highlights: the WiFi was exceptional (over 2gbs), everything was clean and Katie even supplied coffee when she heard we were getting in late. There are 3 bedrooms, but only 1 bathroom so there could be a bottleneck if all of the beds were used. We look forward to staying again.

Property was in good shape. Back yard could use a little more attention. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The light under the microwave didn’t work nor the oven light. You could use another pot for cooking larger amounts.

It looks like they are continuously working to improve the home. The beds were so comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The kitchen pots and pans could use updating, but otherwise, the house was great. We will be looking into getting this home again next year.

The house location was good, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to coffee shop. House clean, communication with Katie the host was seamless. My only complaint was it was so weird that Dallas the owner knocked on our door an hour before checkout to see if we were still there. Then he went to the front and back yard to set sprinklers up. We've paid through 11:00am, and I felt rushed and like an inconvenience to leave because he was there at 10 doing these things. If I hadn't answered the door, would he have assumed we were gone and just let himself in? I don't know.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean

This was a great little house that had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the rooms had great little tables/stands to put your luggage. It was conveniently located to a major road which made it very easy to get around. The host was also wonderful and responded very quickly to every message. I couldn't recommend this property enough!
