This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer.
Our large backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.
Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment.

Please note that this listing is for 1 side of the duplex only. The backyard is a shared space.

We’ve stayed here before and would absolutely stay again. The home is cozy, comfortable, and a great place to truly relax and recharge. The large backyard is a huge bonus — we enjoyed the horseshoes and we've used the fire pit in the past to sit around in the evening and cook some smores. The location is ideal and very central. It’s easy to get downtown Boise, and just as convenient to head over to the Village in Meridian. We come to visit our daughter who lives in Boise, and this spot makes everything simple.Overall, it’s a welcoming, well-located place that feels like home — perfect whether you’re out exploring or just want to hang out and unwind.

It looks like they are continuously working to improve the home. The beds were so comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The kitchen pots and pans could use updating, but otherwise, the house was great. We will be looking into getting this home again next year.

Great communication with the host. Easy check in and check out. Nice and clean. It’s the second time I have stayed at the place. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book again.

Good place

Good place overall. Nice enclosed space for kids to run around in the back yard. Good parks nearby and lots of fun things to do in the area. I would change or add a few things out of preference. Would be nice to have something to scrub dirty dishes with. The doors were a bit finicky and loud to open and close, which became a little bit of a problem when the baby was asleep.

Katie was a great host, very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Check in was seamless. Kitchen was great! Three bedrooms and being able to do some laundry met our family’s needs! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for the weekend. The listing was accurate. . The house was clean. We were close to town. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. Would stay there again.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean

This was a great little house that had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the rooms had great little tables/stands to put your luggage. It was conveniently located to a major road which made it very easy to get around. The host was also wonderful and responded very quickly to every message. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Nice place, located on busy road.

Place was clean and decent sized. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. While on a busy street road noise did not permeate the residence. Did not realize at time of booking unit is a duplex.

Cute little place

Stayed for a quick weekend. Loved that the table fit us all for meals, the living room and rooms were spacious. Everything is straightforward. Close to where we needed. We had no issues w anything. Katie was quick to respond to my messages, great little spot.

Cozy home

This home is super cute and cozy! Makes you feel right at hime. Very clean and has all the utensils for your cooking needs. Prime location as it is minutes from shopping and restaurants. As far as recreation, this home is also minutes from beatiful parks, fun antique shops, Freak Alley Gallery, and Stella's Ice Cream were some of my family's favorite stops. Katie is an awesome host and responds quickly to messages! Highly recommend booking with her! My family and I will definitely book again for our next Boise stay! Thank you Katie!

Decent stay

Thanks for the stay. The Boise area is wonderful in general. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice amount of storage space for clothes. Good communication with the host. However, the house needs some work. Heat did not work, so it would be good to verify operability before each visit. Very sparse supplies for bathroom and kitchen. New pots, pans, and towels are desperately needed. Too few glasses/cups. Faucets are about to fall off. Doors are sticky and loud. Master bed headboard consists of individual boards that shake too much.

Great location and stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was a great big backyard with bbq grill, fire pit, hammock, and horse shoes to play. The house was perfect for us. A comfortable living room for us all to lounge in. The kitchen was great for our family meals. The rooms were comfortable and I loved that I could do laundry when needed. The location felt like it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Also the hosts were great communicators. When we had questions they were fast to respond and helped our stay go smoothly. I would definitely be booking again in the future.

Wonderful location and price

This is my second time staying at this property and it’s hard to beat. You get what you pay for and there are a few quirks. The back glass door is a little tricky to use and it would be nice if the head boards on the beds would get a wedge put in them because they move enough to make noise that will wake up a light sleeper. Otherwise the price is unbeatable for what you get. It’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It’s located near major arterials to get anywhere around Boise. There are plenty of coffee shops to choose from, one of which is just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants and fun things to do near by and so much more. All around a wonderful little place to stay for the price, the owners keep it clean and manicured. I have no complaints and will continue coming back if it’s available on future trips!

Fun weekend get away

Very much liked the wood work and how comfortable the house is. Convenient to the Expo and restaurants. Will probably book in the future. Recommend.
