Ski in/Bike out, Updated, 2BD/2BA Emmons Condo, ski in/ski out
Summary:
Renovated 2 BR condo, ski in/out, hot tub. Parking for 1 vehicle.
The Space:
This comfy 2BD/2BA condo puts you steps from it all—hiking and biking trails in summer, world-class skiing in winter, and the free town shuttle into Crested Butte. After a day on the mountain, unwind in the community hot tub.
Set in the Emmons Building alongside The Elevation Hotel, Lodge at Mountaineer Square, and the Treasury Center (Christy Sports, the CBMR rental shop, coffee, and retail), this true ski-in/ski-out condo spans 3 levels.
Note: there's no elevator. Plan on 3.5 flights of stairs from the parking lot via an outdoor covered stairwell, plus 2 more flights inside to reach the primary bedroom.
Perfect for a couple or small family, the layout is thoughtfully split for privacy: a loft-style twin bedroom with an adjacent full bath sits one flight up, while a private primary suite with its own ensuite bath crowns the top floor. Both bedrooms come with cable TV.
The main living level is made for gathering—bar seating for 3, a fold-away dining table for 4, and a cozy living room with a new electric fireplace, cable TV, and a sleeper couch for 1-2 extra guests. Step out to the private balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks, and skip the trip to the laundromat with in-unit laundry.
One floor down, a shared outdoor hot tub—managed by the condo association—is open seasonally: full ski season, plus late June through Labor Day.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
There is also first floor ski storage for you in a shared locked closet. You will want to bring your own lock if you are concerned. This room is shared by several condos.
There is parking for ONE vehicle in the Emmons parking lot. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate trailers or RV's due to HOA covenants.
The minimum age for renters is 25. Children with their parent or guardian are always welcome.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property is not pet friendly.

occupancy are included on the copy.
2) No residential unit may have more than one (1) vehicle on site at any one time.
3) No motorized vehicles shall remain parked upon the property unless the same is in good working
