The Space:
Stylish fixtures complete this beautiful property with new age decor, spacious 10' flat ceilings, and a gas fireplace in the living room. Stylish chef grade kitchen glows with natural light, fresh updates, premium Wolf appliances, attractive island layout, two ovens, and granite counters, as well as an SS Wolf Refrigerator. A detached casita with 4 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 full bathrooms complete with feature-rich and fun bar and lounge area and an arcade that plays 80's video games. The circular driveway means no backing up.
Exterior includes brand-new travertine deck patio, resort style sapphire heated pool , gigantic jetted hot tub, ramada with TV, BBQ grilling area and lounge area, breezy back porch, and stone fire pit completed with putting green.
