Built in 2022 this custom home has everything!
- 3 miles to I-84 (eagle exit), 10 miles from Boise Airport (20 minutes driving)
- Master bedroom and bathroom on the main level
- Half bath on the main level
- 3 bedrooms upstairs
- 2 Queen bedrooms (upstairs)
- 1- 2 twin bed rooms (upstairs)
- 1 queen air mattress
- 1 full bathroom- upstairs
- Kitchen stocked with the essentials, kids dishes, highchair
- Luxury mattresses in all bedrooms
- 3 Roko TV's
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friend is accompanying you for your stay, we do allow our guests to bring up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee.

Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Ideally located just off of the Eagle Road corridor, near Interstate 84 and St. Luke's hospital.

This puts you in the most coveted area at the heart of Meridian with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and medical facilities. With easy access to Eagle, Boise or head the other direction to Nampa and the Idaho Center.

It is a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Boise, and is well positioned to allow you a short commute regardless of the location of your destination throughout the Valley.

PERFECT! Can't wait to return.

I have to start by saying that I am incredibly picky about where I stay. My family knows that I will either want to change locations after arrival or I will complain about things. NOT THIS TIME! Our family stay (6 adults and a dog) was wonderful from start to finish. The location was great allowing us easy access to explore the Boise area as we moved our younger daughter into town from out of state. The neighborhood was very nice but more impressive than that was that the house was so CLEAN which is the most important thing to me. The house layout was ideal for our adult children to sleep upstairs and my husband and myself to have the downstairs master. There were ample quality bath towels (also a big plus for me). We congregated in the great room/kitchen area to celebrate my birthday and our daughter's baby gender reveal. We didn't cook any meals but we made good use of the washer/dryer. The location was peaceful and quiet. I cannot wait to return the next time we visit our daughter.

Truly great property and Location

This property was laid out well, clean as a whistle, and worked perfectly for the 4 separate family groups that were present. Separate AC units for upstairs and down kept the space cooled as desired and everything outlined in the description was true to form. Even a couple minor hiccups were swiftly and attentively taken care of by the manager, Valerie. We will most assuredly stay here in the future and this location easily deserves a 5-star rating!

Comfortable new house

House is new and in great shape. Loved the location. Very easy to get on the freeway and lots of stores, restaurants and parks nearby. The hosts have provided everything for a comfortable stay.
