NEW! Welcome! Beautiful and Cozy home! Just 1 mile away from public boat ramp 5 and Comal Park with boat ramp 3-4!!! This is the perfect getaway for you and your guests. There is room for 7 guest to enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living area, nicely decorated and 65” television with Wi-Fi. The backyard that includes a big covered terrace, barbecue, fire pit, exterior picnic table and hammocks. Enough parking for 4 vehicles and a boat. Surrounded by shade trees and deers that regularly visit the front yard. Quiet and relaxing. Nearby restaurants with amazing food. Plenty of nearby attractions to choose from like hiking, caverns and much more.

Really nice stay

This was a great stay with plenty of space. The beds and sheets were especially comfortable. There were plenty of amenities, lawn chairs, games, etc. The backyard was fantastic and a great place to chill.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and a great space for our little group! It had all the amenities we needed and more. Communication was easy. We highly recommend!

Week Rest

My family, friends and I took the week to recharge and this was definitely the right place. The neighborhood is quiet and the stars were bright at night. The house was very clean and welcoming. Communication was easy with the owner as well. There are also some fun game available which we definitely made use of. Nice experience overall.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The property was quiet and relaxing after a long day of travel and activities from our family gathering. The house was comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Clean, quiet family getaway!

What a great property for a family get away! Very clean and comfy. The owners have several nice amenities, such as fans in each room. Thats a big one for fan sleepers! 😆 Central to several local cities with LOTS to do! We would absolutely be back!

Great Hosts!

My family and I came for a quick family vacation. The property was PERFECT! Made great memories and the place is privite and CLEAN! Edward and Dennise were AMAZING hosts with great communication and VERY kind. Easy check in and check out. Would love to book this place again!
