The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, front patio, private back deck, fully-equipped kitchen, and patio grill. A long driveway provides plenty of parking for the boat or RV.

Additional amenities include two large Smart TVs, central A/C, and free Wi-Fi.

House is located in a beautiful area about an hour's drive from regional attractions in every direction so it makes a great hub if you plan on visiting San Marcos, San Antonio, New Braunfels etc.in one trip. The property is bright and clean and has a great atmosphere. Bedrooms are comfy, kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. All modern conveniences are present. Everything we needed to clean up after ourselves was there in the closet or cabinets. The neighborhood is really pretty and generally quiet. It was lovely to see wild deer roaming the streets and the views of the lake when driving or walking around are stunning. Overall, we had an excellent long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer.

Hill Country Get Away

We stayed at this bright and cheerful property for two nights so that we could catch Miranda Lambert at Whitewater Amphitheater. The house is a little bit of a drive from New Braunfels, but everything in the hill country is a bit of a drive. It was conveniently located near many boat ramps and the music venue. Whitney was very easy to communicate with and everything we needed was there. I would definitely books this place again! It would make a great ladies’ weekend or family getaway!

We rented the house to be able to observe the solar eclipse. Perfect location but the weather did not cooperate. The house is beautiful, and the pictures look exactly like the house except the home is actually larger than anticipated. Every evening the deer would venture out and graze across the street. Lots of outdoor activities to do in the area, swim at the lake, boating, jet ski, snorkeling, hiking, tubing. But if you want to have a more laid-back experience, enjoy the back deck and grill or relax on the front porch. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The Host was terrific and accessible via text.

Amazing Property

Stayed at this wonderful home for 2 weeks. The home was immaculate. All the amenities you would require could be found, right down to selection of coffees, spices, all cooking utensils. Home was very spacious inside and the outside was nicely kept and very private. Communication with the host from the time of booking to the time of leabing was pleasant and she sure makes you feel welcome.

Superb!

This is without a doubt one of our favorite properties we've ever stayed at. The house is just perfect, we wanted to move in and never leave! It was super clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and had great location and amenities. The only let down was the water pressure in the showers after a long day on the river, but it was certainly manageable. The hosts were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions before we got there and we were able to make preparations ahead of time for everything we wanted to do. One side note somewhat related to the property - the closest grocery store (if we're being generous) is very small and was undergoing renovations or something so the selection was very bare and all the signage was wrong so navigating it took trips up and down every aisle, and a lot of things they just didn't have. Might want to stop at the HEB in New Braunfels on the way or something else if you're expecting a real grocery store experience for things. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely plan to come back on our next river trip, excellent host, house, and experience. Definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend

Our daughter got married that weekend and it was nice to have a place close to the venue to go back to. The property was clean and beautifully decorated.
