Centrally located, this updated home in the historic College Park neighborhood is minutes away from the beach and downtown Lake Worth. It is 10 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Island. And it is 20 minutes to Delray Beach.

I can’t stress enough how much there is to do and see. The Lake Worth Beach Golf Course is 5 minutes away, and we're surrounded by world-class snorkeling and scuba diving. You can easily find yourself at a great dive bar, authentic crab shack, five-star dining experience, or 24/7 roadside empanada bar. Charter a fishing boat, visit the local museums, or wake up early to try to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean (July - October).

Luxuriate in the newly updated saltwater pool. During cooler months, it can be heated at no additional cost, and it is cleaned weekly. Spend your time in the backyard grilling fresh fish or veggies from the best farmers market in the country (seriously, ask USA Today), the West Palm Beach Green Market (open October - May).

The open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms are spacious and perfect for hosting or spending time with friends and family. The chef’s kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, tea station with Rishi tea, and a bottle of Mumm sparkling wine.

There are three bedrooms, each of which is spacious and comfortable. The first bedroom has a king bed, sofa, and large en suite master bath with a steam shower and tons of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and roomy closet. The third bedroom has a large sleeper sofa, and a desk which makes the perfect work from home space. Bedrooms two and three share the guest bathroom which has ample counter space and a shower/tub combo.

While you’re staying with us, read one of the many books we provide, choose from over a dozen board games, take our beach “go bag” with a blanket and snorkeling masks and check out the local beaches. Roll out a provided yoga mat and meditate with a singing bowl. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quiet sun room in the back as the sun comes up, or as an afternoon thunderstorm rolls in. We have a Roku tv in the living room where you can log into any of your streaming platforms. Wifi speed is 200 Mbps download, 100 Mbps upload - enough for multiple people to be on zoom calls or streaming video at once.
