The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open‑plan living area as you step onto the tiled patio, the pool glistening just steps away. The scent of tropical foliage mingles with the faint hum of the nearby ocean, inviting you to unwind by the water or explore the vibrant streets of West Palm Beach. Every detail, from the sleek game room to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, is arranged for a seamless, relaxed getaway.



Sleeping arrangements

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms sleep six comfortably, with space for up to eight guests. The Master Suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Suite 1 and Guest Suite 2 each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a couch, an air mattress and a crib for little ones.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool oasis, perfect for sun‑bathing or a refreshing dip. Pool heating is available for $100 per night, recommended from October 15th through May 31st with a three‑day notice. The landscaped garden provides a tranquil backdrop for evening cocktails or quiet reading.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen accommodates up to eight guests and includes Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee stations, an Insta‑Pot, blender and mixology bar. Dine formally at the table for six, casually at the five‑seat dining area, or enjoy quick meals at the three‑seat kitchen bar.



Game room

Air‑conditioned and ready for fun, the game room offers air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games and a Smart TV for movie nights.



Neighborhood

A short walk brings you to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive and nearby eateries such as Howley’s Diner and Dixie Grill and Brewery. A ten‑minute drive reaches Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, and downtown West Palm Beach. Boutique shopping at Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade and City Place is also within easy reach.

Kelly and Ali are on hand to arrange excursions, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chef experiences, pre‑stocked fridge items and babysitting.



Pet‑friendly details

Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. No cats are allowed.

Overall great experience

The house is very clean, exactly like the pictures and the team is super responsive. You can’t go wrong staying here but I will note a couple of things. A lot of the reviews comment on the great location. I think “great” could use some additional context. While the neighborhood is quiet and safe the location does require a vehicle. Great location to me means it’s conveniently located. We last minute rented a car and could not have stayed here without it. We opted for the pool heating- a bit of a toss up for March. A great feature but expensive and the pool was heated to 95 degrees and steamed in the morning. We actually needed it turned down. Another thing I haven’t seen mentioned in other reviews is the mosquitoes. They are sneaky on that patio! I left a three day trip with a hundred bites that I never knew were happening! Bug spray should be considered especially when relaxing next to the beautiful palm bushes.The back patio is such an awesome private oasis. It can’t be beat. It will be hard to ever share a pool again and fight for patio chairs at a resort.

Joyful Holiday Time Spent at the Jade

Lovely stay at the Jade Property. We enjoyed time with family and furry friend over the holidays. Prior to our visit the Owner shared many recommendations. The kitchen was well-equipped with items for preparing special dinner. A Great location to shops and restaurants ...we all liked that it only a short walk to 50's diner. Comfortable accommodations & restful nights. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Perfect place

Nice Vacation Home

Short getaway for husband, daughter and son-in-law, and niece dealing with cancer. House is really beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Would have given 5 stars but since I booked this place solely based on the beautiful swimming pool picture I was disappointed to find the pool had lots of leaves and debris in it upon our arrival. I cleaned it out as much as I could. We still enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable and the checkin wall display had all kinds of information for the guest and was a great way to communicate with the host. We all had lots of fun in the game room! I would book this home again.

West Palm Beach Beauty!

Do not hesitate to book this property! It is clean, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photographs. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely love to stay here again!

This home was just as listed! My family thoroughly enjoyed. Home was extremely clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Heated pool was a huge plus! Game room got loads of use especially for my competitive family members. Great restaurants nearby. Kelly was great with communication and Gisele was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this home. If we are back in the area will definitely book again. Thank you all for making this a memorable experience.

Oasis in West Palm Beach

Stayed here for a week with my husband, 15 month old and in laws. We had a blast. The location of the home is perfect. We walked along the water everyday and all of the other attractions are a short car ride away! The home itself is perfect-beautiful, well maintained and very spacious. Very toddler friendly too! Nice added touch was the playroom which my daughter loved. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space is amazing. The pool was fantastic. Communication with staff is super easy and they are so quick to respond. Thank you for all the memories we will cherish forever!

Perfect for our family!

We travel often for baseball tournaments and this was our first time getting a house instead of staying in hotels. I will never go back to hotels after staying here. Perfect house for our trip and family of 4. Thank you and looking forward to coming back again!

The house is beautiful and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need including beaches. There was a play room which my 3 yo son loved and communication was better then any other place I've stayed. We didn't want to leave!

Home away from home

What a great visit. This home is close to everything! Amazing park across the street with batting cages and lots of green space. The beach is 7 min away! Super clean and had everything we needed while away from home. We were in town for a baseball tournament and will be renting this home next time we are in town

Great house and location!

The property was exactly as described. We spent nights in the game room and afternoons in the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was great with several restaurants in walking distance. We will defiantly be back!

What a great first experience!

This was my first house rental. What a fabulous start! The house was beautiful, clean & had everything you could need! The pool was lovely and the amenities were way more than my expectations. Perfect family getaway in West Palm

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Jade Retreat in West Palm. Perfect location 10 mins away from the bustling downtown. The house itself was spotless, well-appointed with everything we needed. The pool and back yard area were perfect - even has a retractable sunshade that covers the patio for max enjoyment of the outdoors. Our kids LOVED the playroom and adults/kids alike loved the game room in the garage. Communication w/ host and check in/out were seamless. Thanks for a wonderful stay while we visited for Spring Training!

Excellent Oasis

This lovely home is well-designed and decorated. It’s elegant yet comfortable, and close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and just a few minutes from the airport. all of the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is nicely equipped and open. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat! Great management, too.
