"Great location! The place was spotless and well-maintained. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and they provided plenty of towels, including beach towels, plus a beach chair and cooler. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!" Location was near City Place, Airport, and other great shopping locations.

We had such a great weekend. The house was amazing! Really nicely furnished! We’d all come back again and hated to leave. The location is so close to everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool was too hot to swim in. We could’ve used a refreshing dip. I highly recommend this place. The communication was spot on also. Thx for enhancing our weekend of celebrations.

Family Stay

To be honest I’m not the person that write reviews but I have to for this property. The location was great, the property was spacious and very clean. The property management checked in with me a few times during my stay to make sure everything was alright and if I needed anything. It was the best VRBO experiences ever

Perfect for our group

Six adults and two young children spent a week - pool/hot tub/patio area is awesome. Plenty of room to gather or be separate as the mood may hit. Easy walking access to City Square and Clematis Street- restaurants, coffee and clubs galore. Easy walk to parks, museum and microbrewery. Finally, communication with manager was superb. We would certainly return.

While the house was a lovely, historic WPB house in a super location, as promised, and the system the agency used gave us a great connection for questions and to report problems, unfortunately, we did have to use it for issues with the house. The dishwasher didn't work (they fixed it by our final day and in fairness, it was over NY's so they did well to get right on it!) and a toilet over flowed. The biggest disappointment was that the 2 king bedrooms upstairs shared only 1 bathroom, and the 2 pool house bedrooms also shared a bathroom. The 3rd full bath was off the kitchen, so really useless other than to be used as a powder room / main floor toilet. Parking was a little tricky and needed my SUV to get off and on the curb, but we made it work.

We especially appreciate your recognition of our response to the dishwasher issue. Even over the New Year’s holiday, our team worked to get the repair completed as quickly as possible. The toilet issue was similarly addressed, and we appreciate your patience with these unexpected maintenance needs. Regarding the bathrooms, we understand that the configuration may not have been ideal for your group. The home does have three full bathrooms, although—as is common with historic homes—the layout differs from more modern construction, with two upstairs bedrooms sharing a bathroom, two pool-house bedrooms sharing another, and the third conveniently located on the main level. We encourage guests to review the bedroom and bathroom configuration when selecting the best home for their group. All this information is disclosed on the listing description. We appreciate the parking feedback as well. Overall, we’re glad you enjoyed the home's historic character, excellent location, and responsive service from our team, and we appreciate you choosing Latitude Key for your West Palm Beach stay!
