Lowtide Guesthouse is our 3 bedroom unit in a two family home located in the ShipYard district of downtown Marblehead on the coast of New England just 12 miles from Boston’s Logan Airport. This Coastal Guest house provides modern accommodation for up to 9 people with a deck, backyard garden, free off street parking and super fast Cat-6 Wifi. This central air conditioned unit consists of 3 bedrooms, an eat in gourmet kitchen and open living room with a modern electric fireplace, 2 full bathrooms and a sunny office with a pullout sofa. Four custom XL twin bunkbeds are fun and comfy for both children and adults!

3 flat screen TV's are provided. So many wonderful sights are ready to explore steps out the front door of this special home in this seaside community. 2 Miles to Salem, 11 miles to Boston, close to the airport and public transportation. 45 minute drive to winery and 1 hr to local ski mountain. Walk out your door to the dock and watch the lobstermen hard at work!

This property in Marblehead was super convenient to Salem and perfect for our girls trip. It was super clean, well appointed and comfortable. The beds were great- and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Get out and see the local neighborhood - so much within walking distance.

Amazing house and location

This house is amazing. The location is perfect, easy access to everywhere we wanted to see and experience on this trip. We were 6 women staying in the house and it accomodated us so perfectly. I am glad the owner visited us and gave so many great recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

The property was adorable. It was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable and quaint. Comfortable beds and even fresh watermelon cut up when we arrived. If definitely go back for a girls weekend!

Perfectly set in an in-town location, with the feel of privacy. The layout and decor are simply appointed and well thought out. Every need provided. Very comfortable. To stay longer, I would have loved to hang out on the deck, and stroll around town more. Very easy communication with host, however we had no needs. Awesome.

Girls Weekend

Everything was great! Perfect size apartment for 5 women to relax and enjoy our weekend. Alexis was great getting back to me with any questions that I had prior to arrival.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! There were 6 of us for a weekend. Great location. Close to everything. Nicely renovated. Great communication. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Enjoyed staying here!

This stay was wonderful and I couldn't recommend it more. We were 8 girls in our 30s ( and one baby) so it was the perfect relaxing spot with rooms so everyone could have a comfy bed. The location was perfect for activities in the North Shore, including Salem. Marblehead is also so charming and adorable. Alexia was a wonderful host and made us pumpkin bread which was the sweetest surprise. The house had a ton of amenities and kitchen supplies which was great because we cooked some of our own meals. Alexia was amazing and quick at responding to any questions I had. Thank you!!!

Beautiful area

What a great house and great location. We stayed here while we were touring Salem (quick and easy drive to Salem) but I have to say that I probably enjoyed walking around Marblehead more, especially the historic district. What a quaint area. House is within walking distance to several restaurants and cute stores. Ate breakfast every morning at the Java Sun. Owners were so great on giving recommendations for restaurants and about the live music at one or two of the places. Would definitely stay here again.

First visit to MA

The property is every bit as nice as the pictures indicate and all of the renovations were well done. The location is close enough to walk to the historic area of Marblehead (~15 minutes) and within a few blocks of additional shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate any amount of your own cooking you choose to do. Alexia was a great host and provided useful hints and suggestions for Marblehead (grocery store, restaurants, things to do.)

Perfect spot for our girls' weekend

I stayed at this beautiful rental with five friends from college for a weekend reunion. This ground floor space is beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved the electric fireplace, gorgeous kitchen, and back deck (even though it was too cold to fully enjoy the outside space). Many thanks to Alexis, the perfect host who was so responsive to questions and offered great tips on activities in Marblehead. Based on her recommendation, our group spent a few hours at the incredible Nordic Spa in town. We had such a fun weekend that was truly enhanced by Alexis and her perfect space.

Magic Little Town

I cant say enough about Marblehead to tell you just how nice it is here. We loved walking around the neighborhood seeing all the beautiful homes and history. This house is in a perfect location to walk to the water or grab dinner. We made trips over to Salem with ease for Halloween fun but truly enjoyed escaping back to the quiet tranquil vibe of Marblehead. Make sure to get food at the Sea Salt. Their burgers and pepperoni pizza are to die for. We also liked Tonys Pizza and breakfast from The Muffin Shop. You will not regret your stay here. It is lovely in every way.

Great choice!

This was a great property for our group of seven and was exactly as pictured. Very clean and cozy. Our host, Alexia, was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She offered great suggestions on things to do in the area and had a lovely welcoming treat waiting for us when we arrived at the property. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare basic meals. Basic toiletries and pantry items were available if needed as well. This was a great vacation rental experience. I would definitely recommend this property if you are traveling to the area.

Perfect spot for visiting family and friends

This is an adorable rental that has everything needed for a stay. I came with adult cousins and we used each bed - it was cozy but didn't feel cramped. We had everything we needed and had a lovely breakfast gift left for us by the host. It is a quiet space in the perfect location! My only suggestion for a guest is to set the thermostat to your liking when you arrive since it is set to eco mode by default and you don't want to wake up chilly!
