Stylishly updated waterfront pool home in center of Port Charlotte close to waterfront dining and shopping live music. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 beds wifi, basic cable, and ace and complete with a huge outdoor space. Pool is complete with Large propane grill huge pool deck for lounging. Home has a fully stocked kitchen and appliances you can choose to cook and dine in or go out.

Very nicely decorated. Spent a lot of time trying to get the TV to work.....No cable. Had to use a streaming stick that I bought. Very frustrating. House needs to have some regular maintenance to make sure everything is in working order.

Comfortable for our family while visiting family

5 days over Thanksgiving while in town, which was a wonderful location for us near attractions and neighborhoods and major roads. Quite area with very comfortable home with everything we needed. Home was clean and temperature easily controlled. WiFi worked well for access to our online resources. Amazing communication with property manager- extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Property was as reflected in the photos. Good AC, the waterway behind the house is not a fishing waterway, large lili pads cover the water if your into fishing. Lock didnt work initially but the manager was quick to resolve the issue. Good spot or sure.

Comfortable

Michael was very good at communication and trying to help wherever needed. The decor was nice and the rooms were comfortable. We liked the open kitchen. The pool area could have been cleaner and the pool needed scrubbing and furniture wiped down. It was easy access in and out and again Michael was a pleasure.

Nice place to stay and hang out.

Great pool home with spacious living room and kitchen. Pool was a wonderful place to spend the day. Our kids had a blast.

Spring break

We loved the house, the location was excellent, close to good restaurants, close to grocery stores. We hung at pool every day. The house was amazing. Everything was clean, the host was very accommodating. I would rent it again.

Beautiful home!

Very nice property. Decorated beautifully. Comfortable beds. Neighbors very cordial. Only thing which was not their fault they never mentioned it in the description, however, the pool is not heated. We bought rafts though and still took advantage of the afternoon sun.
