Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, this apartment is within walking distance to many of the restaurants, cocktail bars, nightclubs, theaters and shops that cluster around Downtown San Diego - There is music at night like any urban entertainment district. The SD Convention Center and Petco Park are minutes away.

BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. There is (1) queen-sized bed for two people. There is a Roku Smart TV in the bedroom

BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available.

KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests.

LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a 2nd Queen-sized bed and (1) sofa bed

We provide parking for (1) vehicle in an enclosed parking structure that's (1) block away. You will check in first to receive our parking pass

OUR PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In. Thank you for your understanding.

The place was in a great location with free parking which was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better place or location it was right next to everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful location if you can deal with nightllife

Beautiful apartment, conveniently close to the convention center, in the middle of Gaslamp district. It is city living in a party neighborhood so expect loud music, loud traffic, and loud people. The earplugs provided by the host were a big help at night. Easy check-in process, trust the instructions. Having garage parking around the corner a big plus. I would stay here again if attending another convention.

Gaslamp GetAway

We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment in a historic building. The tall ceilings and architectural details added additional ambiance to this well appointed get-away apartment. We enjoyed the advantage of people watching during the evening with the view from the 4th floor. Close to many restaurants, bars and nightclubs and, literally, a stone's throw away from the most authentic tacos you'll find! The nightlife was busy below us but you'd never know it from our interior bedroom. The self check-in was a breeze with directions provided by our very accommodating and organized hosts.

Great property and location

Great property in a historic building at a great location. Large selection of restaurants within walking distance. Many San Diego attractions within a short drive. Included parking in nearby garage is a big plus. It does sometimes get loud at night (maybe because of long weekend?), so a white noise machine is a great thing to bring along. The bedroom door does a good job of cutting down the noise but anyone sleeping in the main area may find it noisier. Hosts provide earplugs to help with the noise. This unit has a generous sized closet that made unpacking and storing luggage a breeze. Kitchenette was ample and included washer/dryer was helpful for my family. Ben was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We enjoyed our stay.
