This is a single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 living room, a big kitchen, a fenced yard and a attached 2 car garage. 5 mins to downtown and Sugar house, there are 2 parks right cross the street and a dog park just one block away. less than half mile from I-15, I-80 and I-215 entrance. Close to ALL ski resorts and outdoor activity.

Was not clean, no wash cloths in bathrooms and had to run water for a long time to get hot water upstairs. Towels where nice but the wash cloths were very thin There was dog pee stains on carpet and a very strong oder coming from a carpet fresh trying to cover it up. We had to stay upstair because the smell was so strong. The owner was nice and respondeed to me quickly. I did not report this to the owner.

The property was not as clean as i would have liked. Dusty, the tiled floors was dirty along with the carpeting in living room. It just all around looked like it had not been thorougly cleaned in a long time. Yard was dead with fruit pits and old dog poop.

Property is very conveniently located near downtown Salt Lake, shopping and restaurants. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable when we walked into the home. Very clean and spacious- kitchen is enormous! So nice to come “home” to after a long day of activities- would stay again when we return to the area.

Good location and in a nice neighborhood. Basically it is clean but needs some cosmetic paint work. The kitchen has bare bones for cooking utensils, pans, and serving/baking dishes. We enjoyed our stay and things were close by.

No frills, but clean and good location

This property is pretty bare bones, but provided us with a clean, convenient place to stay near Salt Lake and the ski resorts. We enjoyed that there was a garage and fenced yard.

Perfect for the family

Our stay was great! The house was cozy and perfect for our family. There is a park for the kids down the street which was a huge win with my two. We loved that it wasnt far from our needs. Definitely would and will book again!

Outdoor space is small but was awsome for our dog. The beds were average but not bad. The location is awsome for a family traveling as it is quiet and safe. The property manager was easy to work with.

Great location in Soith Salt Lake

We were in town for long weekend and found the home to be comfortable,clean, safe and with a very cool park down the street.We will be back.

Very Nice Home

House was beautiful, clean and in a good neighborhood. We were able to ride our bikes to get food, and really enjoyed our stay.

Double booked

We drove in 11 hours and we arrived to the property, there was a truck in the driveway. Strange enough. Maybe the cleaning crew? Uh NO, it was someone else that rented the property. I found it strange that the "okay, property ready" was never set to me as I was told it would be. So we asked the guy in the truck and the confusion began. I messaged the property owner/Mgr and she called. She acted stunned this happened and have various reasons as to how but ZERO solutions. She said she uses VRBO and other sites and "something" happened. We had communicated numerous times before the day we arrived so how can any property owner not know the property is booked? Only after demanding, I mean demanding an immediate refund did I get any sort of action. If you are going to offer a property to stay in, know how to manage it. Not to mention the person who was there stated they were already having issues with her.
