Lovely 3 Bedroom Condo Near Disney World!

We welcome you to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in West Lucaya Village Resort. This home is truly remarkable and has everything you need in order to enjoy a peaceful vacation in Kissimmee. From comfortable furniture to simple decor, our home offers guests a tranquil location to return to after exploring the many sites and attractions throughout the area. Guests have access to all of the amazing resort amenities, allowing for more exciting ways to make the most out of their stay!

The check-in time for each reservation is between 5:00PM - 12:00AM.

The check-out time is at 10:00AM with no exception.

Any delay during check-out will result in fees. Please plan your trip accordingly to avoid any inconveniences and unwanted charges.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/EVENTS, NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10:00PM

Pets, smoking, parties/events are absolutely not allowed on our property. Disregarding our policy is considered an Intent to Damage and will result in a fee upon check-out. Violations will also be reported and may result in further penalties.

Horrible Experience with the Property Manager

This is my worst experience renting from VRBO. When we got to the property the manager cancelled our booking without an explanation. We were parked in front of the home and found out that it was booked to someone else the day prior. So this property manager double booked the property at our expense. Please stay away from ROGER LIMA listings as this can happen to anyone at anytime again. A full refund doesnt cut it when you have your family in the car including a 5yr old waiting to enjoy new yrs eve celebrations. We wasted hours trying to make alternative living arrangements for the weekend. HORIBBLE EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER
