Escape to this private sanctuary tucked away in one of Tucson's most desirable gated neighborhoods. Enjoy views of the Catalina Mountains, a lush green courtyard, cactus garden with two saguaros, walking paths, private lap pool (not heated) in the backyard and heated community pool and community hot tub. This home has charm, perfect Saltillo tiles, natural light all throughout the day, large new windows, a private office with a standing desk & curved monitor, 65" Smart TV, and every amenity you'll ever need! This home is perfect for long term visitors, snowbirds, or couples looking for a relaxing escape. 5 minutes from La Encantada, 5-star restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and Pontatoc Trail and Finger Rock Trail. 15 minutes from Sabino Canyon and Pima Canyon Trails (our favorites!), and 15-20 minutes to downtown and the UofA! We are always just a quick message of phone call away for any questions about the home or what to do in Tucson. Our goal is to make your stay in Tucson special!

This Southwest Home in the Foothills is special to us. Our co-host Nikki actually grew up in the neighborhood and had her first birthday party a few houses over! It's always been our dream to own a home in this beautiful community, it's peaceful, quiet, lush, and makes us feel as though we are always on vacation. The front gate offers security, and the lush green desert plants around the neighborhood and around the home are simply beautiful - it could practically be a botanical garden! We would love to share our dream home with you and provide you a special experience in Tucson!
