Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that's been tastefully updated for your comfort. This inviting home is fully stocked and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it perfect for business travelers. A printer is also available to meet your professional needs.

One of the unique bedrooms in this house is the converted sun porch, complete with its own split unit for personalized heating and cooling. This bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with plenty of natural light.

We understand the importance of accommodating your furry friends, as our home is pet-friendly. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood with a nearby park, offering a serene environment for you and your pets to enjoy.

The location is ideal, with easy access to I-40 and downtown, yet central enough to reach all parts of the city and the medical district with ease. Whether you're staying for a short trip or an extended visit, we offer weekly cleaning for an additional fee, ensuring that your stay remains clean and comfortable.

For families with infants, we provide a travel crib, and comfortable Purple mattresses. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities in this well-appointed and inviting home.

Our large backyard and patio area are beautiful, lush grass, complete with a putting green and putters included! If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure to pay the pet fee. Also, if we have availability, please communicate if you would like to try to add on an early checkin or checkout for a $75 fee. Due to being almost completely booked, these services may only be available upon request.

The property was homey and welcoming. You can tell a lot of effort was made to remodel and decorate perfectly. My grandkids loved the play areas. The laser guns and putting green were used a lot. We only got to stay for one night so did not get to take advantage of all of the recommended places to eat. Maybe next time. My only other comment is that it is definitely pet friendly. I am not used to animals in the house and could smell that some had been there. Also, the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. Many people would probably not even notice but we are used to all natural products. My fault for not asking about this. Cute house and nice area.

Super clean property; host was very responsive, great shady backyard for our 2 dogs, location was perfect — close to everything you might want or need, check in was so easy, all 5 of us loved the house with plenty of space for our little family reunion. We were impressed on how nicely the whole house was decorated. We picked the perfect place and would definitely want to stay there again.

We were blown away by the condition of this property!! In a good way! We've stayed at many properties in the past and this experience surpassed the rest. The house has so much space. We enjoyed the backyard the most. Every single room was over stocked with so many essentials. We had extra linens in the closets, the coffee bar was excellent, they even included sanitary products in the bathrooms. The house offers many seating areas and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We were even able to wash clothes before we left, which was great because we didn't come home with dirty clothes. My two kids enjoyed the teepee and basket of toys in the living room. If we're ever in the area again and this property is available, we'll definitely come back! Thank you to our host for a wonderful experience!

Great place, well loved

You can tell the owner loves the home and strives to think of everything that guests could possibly need or appreciate. The home is very clean, totally cute, very comfortable and quiet. Also, we were driving across the Country and appreciated how easy and convenient the location was from the 40.

Everything we needed

It was great stay for us in Amarillo! There were up to 5 adults and 2 kids during part of our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house had all the basics and some nice added amenities. I really appreciate the cleanliness and ease of checking in and out. Thank you so much for sharing this home with is!

Perfect for our family trip!

This was a perfect property for our 2 families of 4 to stay at for our Thanksgiving visit. It was well located for our different activities and quiet morning walks. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!

This is a very nice home

We were very surprised at how nice the home was. Usually when you rent a home that accepts pets its very run down and sometimes dirty. This home was very clean and comfortable and very accomodating for our pet. Would highly recommend. Will definately stay again when we are in the area.

We drove to Amarillo from Nebraska! This house is everything plus some! More than enough space, extremely clean, very welcoming, toys for your littles, and essentials if you forgot something! Communication with the owner was a breeze! We will book again when we return!

Precious and clean place!

We like to stop over in Amarillo on our way to Colorado. This was one of our fave places to find and we will definitely return! Loved our ez checkin, ez checkout, quick communication w/the owner. Cute decor, comfy clean beds and truly so many nice amenities. Very pet friendly and plenty of room for our family of 5 + 🐶. We opted for food to go for our dinner. Chose a close by place called Fun Noodle Bar. Highly recommend for Thai,Chinese and sushi. Also, great enclosed backyard for your dog or children! Neighborhood was charming with lots of Christmas lights plus owner had a lighted,welcoming Christmas tree for us.❤️🎄 We also appreciated the backyard party lights and driveway light since we arrived late. Thank you again for a great stay. We will be back! The VW family❤️
