Unit has 2 queens sized beds, 1 queen sized sleeper sofa (extra bed available if requested) a kitchen and refrigerator plus washer and dryer. Private front porch looking at the courtyard secluded behind a 1850's historic home. Just blocks from shopping, restaurants and bars.

Hosts were very personable. Especially enjoyed sitting in the courtyard while the Dogs played. Appreciated having a fenced in area for them. Location was quiet, relaxing, and only one block from the waterfront. Would definitely recommend this place to other visitors.

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Vincent and Danielle were so hospitable and our dogs loved playing with their crew. The courtyard is fenced in which is ideal, and location couldn’t be better- lots of walkable options and very convenient. We’d come back for sure!

Peaceful cottage with lovely hosts

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts greeted us warmly and their dogs were so sweet. Everything was as described, with comfortable furnishings and a perfect courtyard oasis. The recommendations for restaurants and nearby attractions were spot on.
