We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and bright. It was clean and the layout flowed really well for 4 people. The amenities were great. Everything was well kept.

Fun Fenway Boston Stay
The property was spacious and clean. We were in Boston for the Thanksgiving holiday and birth of our granddaughter. The location was just exactly what we needed. The property manager did not communicate until right before our stay and it was worrisome. Once we communicated the management was fine. Only drawback to the apt itself was that there was not enough towels for the length of our stay, but there was a washer and dryer available.
Overall a good place to stay!

Not what we bargained for
The property we booked was not the property we were given. I specifically booked a unit with a view of Fenway Park. When I contacted the owner, literally 36 hours before we arrived to ask about checking in early, he informed me that there was “an issue with the unit I booked” and he had “upgraded” us to a larger unit on a higher floor. I booked a unit that was large enough for my family, specifically for the view. I didn’t need a larger unit that was on the opposite side of the building and had a view of the highway. I explained to the owner that I did not consider the alternate unit an upgrade at all, rather a large disappointment. I asked to be compensated for the last minute change and was basically told too bad. He offered me a refund (the day before our arrival for a family vacation) but at the at point I couldn’t book anything else. I booked this trip 6 months in advance and feel like I had the rug pulled out from under me at the last moment, when he knew I’d have no other option. So mad. So disappointed.
Furthermore, the “upgrade” we got was a queen bed, 2 twins and an air mattress in the LIVING ROOM, instead of 1 queen and 2 doubles.
The apartment had great potential but was sparsely decorated. Furniture still had stickers on it from where it was put together. The overwhelming smell of cleaning products never went away. None of the TVs in the common areas were functional. The pool was tiny had literally had clumps of hair floating in it. Overall, very disappointed
