This condo includes one assigned parking space and is located up two exterior flights of stairs. The courtyard is well-maintained if simple. This really is the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room!

The layout of this 1-bedroom condo is highly efficient. The queen bed fits comfortably in the bedroom along with a nightstand and dresser.
The couch is comfortable for 3 to snuggle up for a good movie and the 4 barstools afford ample space for a meal at the built-in dining bar.
The kitchen is stocked with all that's needed to cook a simple meal in and features a refrigerator, range/oven and microwave.

The entire condo is available to guests with the exception of the washer/dryer which is only available for stays of 30 days or longer. The stairs shown in the a few of the photos lead only to storage on a landing. While exterior stairs are required to reach the front door, the condo itself is all on one-level.

We are potentially available when in town, but frequently travel ourselves. We have a network built on years of calling Vail home, so assisting with nearly any guest needs will be easily accommodated.
