The Whites

Very, very nice property. Perhaps a little far afield from Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium (for Giants fans) but many nice restaurants and shops nearby. We’d absolutely rent the property again.

The property was amazing from cleanliness to all the amenities. The linens and bedding were great! I hesitate to stay in air bnb’s for the reason I always feel like the bedding and linens are cheap. This townhouse did not disappoint. We would definitely stay there again.

Great property!

My family really enjoyed our 11 day stay in Scottsdale. This condo is ideally located just 10 minutes from West World, TPC, restaurants, and shopping. The area and gated complex felt safe and well maintained. The condo was such a pleasant surprise! It is just as advertised, extremely clean and well appointed. The rooms are spacious with large tvs and the kitchen is equipped with updated items. I will come back to this same condo next year if it is available. Perfect accommodations for a stay in Scottsdale!!

Great rental-beautiful, comfortable & very responsive staff.

We stayed at this property over the WMPO Golf tournament & Super Bowl(Yay Chiefs❣️). It fit our needs perfectly for 4 adults. Super convenient to the WMPO and not terribly far from the Super Bowl stadium. It really had most everything we could ask for. A very pretty, well maintained unit. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor space nice. The staff with the property management company were extremely helpful throughout our 6 day stay-both day and night. They contract with a great concierge service that Pre-delivered & stocked the frig, delivered alcohol, and catered 3 different meals. Really a perfect experience! A BIG THANKS to all the staff @ Neighbors Luxury.

Scottsdale Townhome with All the Bells and Whistles!

This 3-bedroom, 2-full bathroom townhome is updated, beautifully furnished, spotless, and centrally located to Everything you would ever want to do in Scottsdale. Located right next to the TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course with walking trails in every direction for miles, and nearby hiking trails aplenty. This gated community has a heated community pool, sun deck and hottub directly across from the unit - so convenient! The kitchen is massive and impressively well appointed. I felt bad using the brand new pots and pans, but it was so nice to be able to cook-in and have lovely sit down dinners at the beautiful dining table (with beautiful dishware too). There's even a bar cart to mix cocktails! Seriously, the kitchen is stocked with every gadget/appliance you need - there's even a full spice rack which is very rare in rentals. There's a lovely balcony with comfortable seating, a two-car garage, and the third bedroom doubles as a home office with a nice desk to work at. The cozy blankets to cuddle in, electric heat fireplace, and cable TV (with ability to login to your streaming services) were very nice extras that we appreciated. And, the master bath is HUGE ... there's enough counter space for a bridal party to primp! We were so impressed with this home and would not hesitate to stay again! 5 stars!!
