Large yard, deck, fireplace, 4 minutes to town
This house is just far enough away from the center of town to give you privacy but close enough to be in the village in 4 minutes. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and the lake, then return to your oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with your private pond.
There are two bedrooms, a full and a half bath, laundry, a driveway to park in, and a wonderful deck to take in the sunset with a glass of wine or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee.
The space
Our single story home has a modern open floorplan. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. There is desk in one bedroom if you must work. We have fast internet, comfortable beds, very hot showers, AC and (of course) heat. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath and the other bedroom has a desk for those who need to do a little work.
Guest access
Everything is yours. We still have things in the garage so you will need to park in the driveway.

We live here in Skaneateles and have all our lives. We can help you with ANYTHING you might need. It was built to be lived in and no expense was spared.

The pond is a great bonus. Sitting on the deck in the morning for your coffee you will see a variety of wildlife. The same spot is great for a glass of wine and sunset.
