Great property!

Loved the accomodations! Just the minor glitch with the cable/internet provider, but the host had some great movies to choose from! Excellent communication. Would stay here again!

Great stay. It had everything we needed and more. Super spacious. Quiet neighborhood. We would have stayed longer each day in the home but we spent each day visiting family. Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous!

Evan was a fabuous host, we had every need supplied. We had a extended stay due to work, he was very accommodating with our situation. There was even a neighborhood wide power outage, in which, Evan supplied us with a generator until the power was restored. Wonderful experience, we will return, no doubt!

Fabulous!

Evan was a fabulous host. We had an extended stay, almost a month, and everything was perfect! He made sure we always had what was needed. There was a power outage, neighborhood wide, Evan supplied us with a generator until the power was restored. There are zero complaints regarding our stay. Highly recommended!!

Rest During Long Tournament Weekend

Enjoyed the wooded location, operable fireplace, spacious layout, and beautiful windows. Host was excellent-above and beyond, helpful, courteous, and communicative. Only missing one star due to bathroom counter/floor and towels/mats needing attention, but used wipes and available laundry supplies to easily remedy. Otherwise, would recommend and stay again.

Great getaway

Wonderful weekend in the Tyler area. My wife and I were here for a church song event and the accommodations were close and were a perfect place for quiet evenings.

Quick Trip for Wedding

We were coming in for a wedding at Emerald Bay nearby, was so much nicer to have a full guesthouse rather than a hotel room. Really nice and clean. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the deck and acreage, but the place looked beautiful. Would definitely stay again if in that area.

Beautiful Cottage

A nice detached cottage in the woods, just south of Tyler city limits. I felt very safe, with owners on the property, yet totally unto yourself. I moved to Houston from Tyler, so enjoyed a week back there to visit friends and shop, and relax. Owners extremely accommodating, yet total privacy inside, with tall ceilings and windows, with window lights above. I have nothing negative to mention. A very nice and peaceful stay. I didn’t want to leave😊

Peaceful retreat

House sits on eight wooded acres with walking trails throughout the property. The neighborhood is very quiet. House is beautifully decorated and meticulously clean.
