Beautiful, clean home with a private pool near Disney, located in a resort-style community close to Orlando’s top attractions. Enjoy amazing amenities and easy access to Old Town Kissimmee and Fun Spot America with rides, arcade games, and go-karts. Spacious and fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. Grill available for $85/stay. Pool heat available for $35/night with a 3-night minimum. Perfect for families and groups visiting Orlando! No pets allowed. Furniture and décor may be changed or updated without prior notice.
Air conditioner should be not lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit and not higher than 77 Fahrenheit. No dirty dishes should be left and no garbage should be left inside the house.
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew. (9:00 PM-8:00 AM)
Please keep door and windows closed at all times
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that you make
Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We understand light cleaning is part of vacation, but if the home is left excessively dirty (beyond reasonable use), additional cleaning fees may apply. $50.

Great stay - Very Satisfied

The "house" was very nice and exactly as-advertised, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our kids especially loved the Mickey bedroom! While the location is relatively close to the Disney parks, our driving time varied significantly (20-60 minutes) based on traffic.

Great Property

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Wanted to stay in this development because that’s where the team stays. The house was clean and within walking distance to the pool. We did have an issue with the dryer but it was remedied the same day. The private pool was cold so we just used the community pool. The house is located towards the back of the development so you do get more traffic sounds (loud cars, honking horns) but if you’re a heavy sleeper it’s no big deal. The kitchen could use a few more gadgets but was stocked with a lot of items. The owner communicated the whole time and was very responsive!!! We had an amazing week! Overall we would stay here again.
