RECENTLY REMODELED! This condo is a Vacation-My-Way unit with 3-night minimum year-round, no turn day restrictions! A full-week (7-night) stay is required for the 2nd full week of August. BV423 is a 1 bedroom/bathroom condo with a King Master bedroom has private entrance to the balcony. Attached bathroom has a stand-up shower and access to the alcove leading you to the kitchen. Alcove has been converted to an office space, perfect for completing remote work. Kitchen has a unique design for a Buccaneer Condo with large Island, floating shelves, and upgraded stainless-steel appliances. Latitude Adjustment is canal-front with covered furnished porch and has mounted TVs. There is no elevator or covered parking with the condo. BV423 is located on the 2nd floor. When renting guests will have access to Pirate's Cove community pool, fitness center, athletic courts, and plenty more.
